نقش استنادها و خود استنادی در بروندادهای پژوهشی با رویکرد علم سنجی

امروزه علم سنجی نقش برجسته ای در ارزیابی تحقیقات علمی پژوهشگران ایفا می کند. استناد به عنوان یکی از شاخصهای علم سنجی و از معیارهای ارزیابی پایایی علمی بوده که به عنوان عنصر مهم در ادبیات علمی، نقش به سزایی در بروندادهای پژوهشی دارد. خوداستنادی بخشی از شاخص استنادی است و در مطالعات علم سنجی، درصد خوداستنادی به عنوان شاخص در نظر گرفته می شود. در خوداستنادی محققین با تکیه بر مقالات پیشین خود می توانند تعداد استنادات و به تبع آن میزان تاثیرگذاری مقالات خود را ارتقاء دهند. با این وجود خوداستنادی اغلب به عنوان یک مشکل در نظر گرفته می شود که این امر به دلیل تاثیر و وابستگی شدید شاخص های علم سنجی به خوداستنادی است. به این صورت که، هر زمان خوداستنادی به منظور درک بهتر و راهنمایی خوانندگان انجام شود، امری منطقی می باشد. اما زمانی که هدف از انجام آن صرفا افزایش تعداد استنادها به خود و در جهت کسب جایگاه غیرواقعی برای پژوهشگران باشد، امری غیراخلاقی به حساب می آید. از آنجایی که خوداستنادی یکی از موضوعات مورد مناقشه در ارزیابی علمی پژوهشگران بوده و یکی از چالشهای مهم در ارزیابی بروندادهای پژوهشی محققان است، بررسی میزان خوداستنادی و تلاش در جهت کاهش نرخ خوداستنادی در امر پژوهش امری ضروری است.

today, scientometric play a prominent role in the evaluation of researchers' scientific research. citation is one of the scientometric indicators and one of the evaluation criteria of scientific reliability, which as an important element in scientific literature, plays a significant role in research outputs. self-citation is a part of the citation index, and in scientometric studies, the percentage of self-citation is considered as an index. in self-citation, researchers can increase the number of citations and consequently the impact of their articles by relying on their previous articles. however, self-citation is often considered as a problem, which is due to the strong influence and dependence of scientometric indicators on self-citation. in this way, whenever self-citation is done in order to better understand and guide the readers, it is a logical matter. but when the purpose of doing it is to increase the number of citations and to gain an unrealistic status for researchers, it is considered unethical. since self-citation is one of the controversial topics in the scientific evaluation of researchers and is one of the important challenges in the evaluation of researchers' research outputs, it is necessary to check the amount of self-citation and try to reduce the rate of self-citation in research.
