ارائه راهکار برای تسریع و بهبود فرایندجذب

در سال 1387 مصوبه 608 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی با هدف اجرای عدالت آموزشی در جذب اعضای هیات علمی به تصویب رسید. درمصوبه 310 هیات عالی جذب نمودار فرایند جذب اعضای هیات علمی مطابق تقویم زمانی 145 روزمی باشد. در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق کمی استفاده شد. در این تحقیق داده 551 نفر آخرین متقاضیانی که در 21 دانشگاه کشور ر مبنای فراخوان سال های 1399تا 1402 ابلاغ رای شده از طریق سامانه مهررضوی پرداتزش شد و ماندگاری پرونده در هیات های اجرایی جذب و هیات مرکزی جذب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق نتیجه گیری شد که حداکثر 8% دانشگاهها فرایند جذب را در یک نیمسال و 60% دانشگاهها بیشتر از یکسال انجام می دهند و هیات مرکزی جذب 65.5 %پرونده هارا بیش از 4 ماه رسیدگی می کند. در مطلعات صورت گرفته مشخص شد در این تحقیق مشخص شد ماندگاری پرونده در 8% دانشگاهها فرایند جذب را کمتراز 6 ماه و 60% دانشگاهها کمتر از یکسال انمجام می دهند. با توجه به نظارت الکترونیکی انجام شده 13% پرونده ها کمتر از یک ماه و 22% بین یک و چهار ماه و 65% پرونده ها بیش از 4 ماه در هیات مرکزی جذب وزارت علوم بررسی شده اند. سپس پیشنهاداتی به منظور بهبود زمان ماندگاری پرونده ها در دانشگاهها ارائه شد.

in 2008, resolution 608 of the supreme council of the cultural revolution was approved with the aim of implementing educational justice in recruiting faculty members. in resolution 310 of the supreme council of recruitment, the process diagram of recruiting faculty members according to the calendar is 145 days. in this research, the quantitative research method was used. in this study, data from 551 final applicants who were notified of their admissions in 21 universities in the country based on the calls for applications from 2020 to 2023 were processed through the mehr razavi system, and the persistence of the file in the executive recruitment boards and the central recruitment board was examined. in this study, it was concluded that a maximum of 8% of universities carry out the recruitment process in one semester and 60% of universities more than one year, and the central recruitment board processes 65.5% of the files for more than 4 months. in the information provided, it was found that in this study, the retention of files in 8% of universities is less than 6 months and 60% of universities less than one year. according to the electronic monitoring carried out, 13% of the files are reviewed for less than a month, 22% between one and four months, and 65% of the files are reviewed for more than 4 months in the central recruitment board of the ministry of science. then, suggestions were made to improve the retention time of files in universities.
