اثر بخشی آموزش متقابل، بر بهبود انگیزش تحصیلی (مطالعه موردی: دانشجو معلمان رشته عربی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، پردیس شهید بهشتی بندرعباس )

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، اثر بخشی آموزش متقابل، بر بهبود انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان رشته عربی دانشگاه فرهنگیان (پردیس شهید بهشتی بندرعباس) بود. روش: روش تحقیق، شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیه دانشجویان رشته عربی پردیس شهید بهشتی بندرعباس بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی 30 نفر از آن ها برای مشارکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های پژوهشی (15 نفر آزمایش و 15 نفر کنترل) قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر (1981) را تکمیل کردند. محتویات جلسات آموزش متقابل در 8 جلسه 90 تا 120 دقیقه ای ارائه شد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتیجه نشان داد که آموزش متقابل بر انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش معناداری دارد (p<000/1). بحث و نتیجه گیری: مبتنی بر نتایج می توان گفت که مراکز آموزشی و دانشگاه ها می توانند از روش آموزش متقابل جهت یادگیری عمیق تر دانشجومعلمان رشتۀ عربی و همچنین افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی یادگیرندگان استفاده کنند.

the effectiveness of mutual education on improving academic motivation (case study: student teachers of arabic at farhangian university, bandar abbas shahid beheshti campus)

purpose: the purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of mutual education on improving the academic motivation of arabic students of farhangian university (shahid beheshti bandar abbas campus). method: the research method was a quasi-experiment with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. the statistical population of the research was all the arabic students of bandar abbas shahid beheshti campus, 30 of them were selected to participate in the research using a random sampling method, and they were randomly divided into research groups (15 experimental and 15 control). and completed harter's (1981) academic motivation questionnaire. the contents of mutual training sessions were presented in 8 sessions of 90 to 120 minutes. research data were analyzed using covariance analysis in spss software. findings: the result showed that mutual education has a significant role on students' academic motivation (p<1.000). discussion and conclusion: based on the results, it can be said that educational centers and universities can use the method of mutual education to deepen the learning of arabic student teachers and also to increase the academic motivation of learners.
