چکیده    The aim of this paper is recycling of ni and al2o3 from catalysts which have been used in hormozgan steelmaking factory. the results show that the best condition recycling for ni is roasting the used catalyst at 700 c temperature for 4 hours, then grounding the roasted catalyst and finally 3 stage leaching process using h2so4 was utilized. best leaching process observed in using 5% molar h2so4 at 85 c temperature for 24 hours. 95% efficiency recorded in every stage of leaching. electroplating and electrowinning used to recycle ni form extracted solvent. best nico3 electroplated was achieved in ambient temperature from adding na2co3 to solvent. electrowinning process used to deposit ni metal from nico3 which is extracted in previous operation. the total ni recovery efficiency is 85% which shows the suggested recovery flowchart is so practical.
