در این مقاله، به بررسی تاثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر حق برآموزش کودکان پرداخته و سعی شده است تا راهکارهایی برای حفاظت از حقوق کودکان در دنیای پویای فناوری و هوش مصنوعی ارائه شود. همچنین تاثیر و تعامل هوش مصنوعی  با حق آموزش و رعایت حریم خصوصی، آزادی بیان و منع تبعیض مسائل و حقوق مهمی برای کودکان است که توجه متولیان را می طلبد. استفاده نامناسب از هوش مصنوعی درحق برآموزش کودکان به نقض حریم خصوصی و آسیب داده های کودکان منجر شده و موجب نگرانی های امنیتی می شود. همچنین نقض تعامل انسانی موجب کاهش ارتباطات انسانی واحساساتی کودکان است.افزایش نابرابری، تبعیض، محدودیت آزادی بیان کودکان از جمله حقوقی است که دررابطه با حق برآموزش کودکان مورد تقض جدی قرار می گیرد.
