ماهیت غنا و مشروعیت آن در رسانه با محوریت آیات و روایات

در باب آوازها و موسیقی هایی که در رسانه های کشور تولید و پخش می شود، یک موضوع روشن است و آن حرمت آن دسته از موسیقی هاست که مصداق غنا هستند، ولی یک موضوع همچنان مجمل است و نیاز به بررسی دارد و آن ماهیت غناست. آنچه مفهوم پایه و کلیدی است و حرمت و حلیت غنا وابسته به آن است، مورد اختلاف بین فقهاست. بهترین طریق برای یافتن مفهوم پایه در غنا، رجوع به آیات و روایات وارد شده در این باب است. به سه آیه 72 سوره فرقان، 30 سوره حج و 6 سوره لقمان بیش از آیات دیگر استناد می شود. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با مراجعه به این آیات و کتب تفسیری و روائی در پی تبیین این مطلب است که این موضوع را باید با روش تفسیری دوسویه بین آیه و روایت مورد بازپژوهی قرار داد. آنچه حاصل این مطالعه است، دخیل بودن موضوعاتی غیر از صرف صوت و آواز، از قبیل کلام و محتوای باطل و اختلاط زن و مرد نامحرم در حرمت غناست. غناست. در رسانه های صوتی و تصویری نیز حلیت و حرمت ترانه ها بستگی به محتوای اشعار و شکل اجرای آن دارد.
