موازین گزارشگری کودک در پرتو کنوانسیون حقوق کودک

گردآوری و گزارش اخبار و اطلاعات راجع به کودکان در رسانه ها از موضوعاتی مهمی است که با چالش های حقوقی مختلفی همراه است. ارزش خبری اطلاع رسانی درباره کودکان جلب توجهات عمومی به مسایل و نیازهای آنان، اصل صداقت و راستگویی رسانه ای و در عین حال، ممنوعیت افشای داده های راجع به کودکان برای عموم، این نوع گزارشگری را به موضوعی حساس و ظریف تبدیل کرده است. در این خصوص، پرسش اصلی این است که چگونه می توان بین ضرروت های گزارشگری و اطلاع رسانی با ضرورت های حمایت از منافع و مصالح کودکان به نحو معقول و متوازن، سازش ایجاد کرد. نهادهای بین المللی، دولت ها و رسانه های بزرگ در این مقام، حدود و ضوابطی را برای روزنامه نگاران و رسانه ها در گردآوری و انتشار اطلاعات راجع به کودکان ساخته و پرداخته کرده اند. در این مقاله، بر اساس آنچه کنوانسیون حقوق کودک به عنوان مهمترین سند بین المللی راجع به کودکان برای حمایت از منافع و مصالح آنان مقرر کرده است و اصول گزارشگری و اخبار و اطلاعات به طور کلی، موازینی استخراج و تبیین شده است تا الگویی در زمینه گزارشگری کودکان ارائه شود.

collecting and reporting news and information about children in the media is one of the important issues that comes with various legal challenges. the news value of informing about children, drawing public attention to their issues and needs, the principle of media honesty and truthfulness, and at the same time, the prohibition of disclosing children s data to the public, has made this type of reporting a sensitive and complicated issue. in this regard, the main question is how to create a reasonable and balanced compromise between the needs of reporting and information with the needs of protecting the interests of children. concerning this question, international institutions, governments and large media have created and discussed limits and regulations for journalists and media in collecting and publishing information about children. in this article, based on what the convention on the rights of the child has stipulated as the most important international document regarding children to protect their interests, and the principles of reporting and information in general, some standards have been extracted and explained in order to create a model in the field of children’s reporting should be provided.
