آینده نگاری نقش تعاونی‌ها در نظام اقتصادی ایران با رویکرد سناریونویسی

هدف این تحقیق، آینده نگاری نقش تعاونی ها در نظام اقتصادی ایران با رویکرد سناریونویسی در دهه آینده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، ترکیبی از روش های اسنادی و پیمایشی و از نظر ماهیت، بر اساس روش جدید علم آینده پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متخصصان دانشگاهی و مدیران تعاونی‌ها در حیطه اقتصاد تعاونی ها هستند. در این پژوهش در ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و تشکیل پنل خبرگان روندهای موثر بر آینده نقش آفرینی تعاونی ها در نظام اقتصادی ایران در افق 1414 شناسایی و در گام بعدی، طی دو مرحله روش دلفی روندهای شناسایی شده مورد پالایش قرار گرفتند و در مرحله بعدی متغیرهای کلیدی (بیست عامل) با استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری شناسایی شد و در نهایت با استفاده از روش سناریونویسی، آینده های متصور بر آینده نقش آفرینی تعاونی ها در نظام اقتصادی ایران استخراج گردیدند. در پژوهش حاضر، برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس، میک مک و سناریوویزارد استفاده شد. در این پژوهش با توجه به ابعاد ماتریس سایب، تعداد 3172 سناریوی ترکیبی گزارش گردید که از این سناریوها، تعداد 17 سناریوی قوی یا محتمل، 23 سناریوی باور کردنی و 28 سناریوی ضعیف می باشند سناریوهای محتمل در چهار خانواده سناریویی: رشد پایدار، بحران اقتصادی، تغییرات ساختاری و بی‌ثباتی و رکود دسته بندی شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هر یک از این سناریوها بر اساس تغییرات احتمالی در عوامل کلیدی نظیر نوسانات اقتصادی، تحریم‌ها، فناوری‌های نوین و دسترسی به منابع مالی، مسیرهای متفاوتی برای آینده تعاونی‌ها ترسیم می‌کنند.

foresight of the role of cooperatives in iran's economic system with a scenario-planning approach

the aim of this study is to explore the future role of cooperatives in iran's economic system over the next decade using a scenario-writing approach. this research is applied in its objective and combines document-based and survey methods. in terms of nature, it is analytical and exploratory, based on a new approach to futures studies. the statistical population of this study includes academic experts and cooperative managers in the field of cooperative economics. initially, through library research and forming an expert panel, the trends impacting the future role of cooperatives in iran's economy by 2035 were identified. subsequently, the delphi method was employed in two stages to refine the identified trends. in the next step, key variables (20 factors) were identified using structural analysis, and finally, the future scenarios for the role of cooperatives in iran's economy were extracted using a scenario-writing method. for data analysis, the study used spss, micmac, and scenariowizard software. based on the dimensions of the cib matrix, a total of 3,172 combined scenarios were generated. among these scenarios, 17 were classified as strong or probable, 23 as believable, and 28 as weak. the probable scenarios were categorized into four scenario families: sustainable growth, economic crisis, structural changes, and instability and recession. the findings of the study showed that each of these scenarios, based on potential changes in key factors such as economic fluctuations, sanctions, emerging technologies, and access to financial resources, outlines different paths for the future of cooperatives.
