مطالعه همگرایی نامتقارن بین رشد اقتصادی و مخارج دولت در ایران: با الگوی خودبازگشت آستانه‌ای

شناسایی چگونگی ارتباط بین میزان مداخله دولت در اقتصاد و رشد اقتصادی همواره یکی از مسائل مورد بحث در حوزه اقتصاد بخش عمومی بوده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی همگرایی نامتقارن رشد اقتصادی و مخارج دولت در ایران با استفاده از روش اندرز-سیکلاس (endres & siklos, 2001) می باشد. بدین منظور از الگوی خودبازگشت آستانه ای (tar) استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از برآورد دو الگوی مزبور نشان از وجود رابطه همگرایی نامتقارن بین هزینه های عمرانی و هزینه های جاری با رشد اقتصادی دارد. همچنین به منظور بررسی پویایی کوتاه مدت بین متغیرهای مزبور با رشد اقتصادی الگوی تصحیح خطای آستانه ای برآورد شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که فرضیه های تحقیق یعنی وجود همگرایی نامتقارن بین رشد اقتصادی و هزینه های جاری و عمرانی مورد تایید قرار می گیرد. علاوه بر آن براساس نتایج حاصل شده سرعت تعدیل هزینه های جاری در دوحالت افزایش و کاهش تقریباً برابر است ولی در مورد هزینه های عمرانی برای زمانی که مقدار آن بالاتر از مقدار تعادلی خود قرار دارد بیشتر از زمانی است که پایین تر از مقدار تعادلی آن قرار می گیرد.

survey of asymmetric convergence between economic growth and government spending: threshold auto- regression (tar) approach

identifying the relationship between the amount of government intervention in the economy and economic growth has always been one of the issues discussed in the field of public sector economics. the purpose of this research is to investigate the asymmetric convergence of economic growth and government spending in iran using the method endres & siklos (2001). for this purpose, the threshold auto- regression (tar) model has been used. the results obtained from the estimation of the mentioned two models show the existence of an asymmetric convergence relationship between construction costs and current costs with economic growth. also, in order to examine the short-term dynamics between the aforementioned variables and economic growth, a threshold error correction model has been estimated. the obtained results show that the hypotheses of the research, namely the existence of asymmetric convergence between economic growth and current and construction costs, are confirmed. in addition, based on the obtained results, the speed of adjustment of current costs in the two states of increase and decrease is almost equal, but in the case of construction costs, when its value is higher than its equilibrium value, it is higher than when it is lower than its value. it is balanced.
