بررسی تاثیر مشاوره راه حل مدار بر فرزند پروری مادران پس از طلاق

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مشاوره راه حل مدار بر احساس شایستگی و فرزند پروری مادران پس از طلاق دانش اموزان دانش اموزان انجام گرفته است این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. که جامعه آماری شامل مادران مطلقه دارای فرزند در شهر شیراز بود که به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت مشاوره راه‌حل‌مدار، شامل 10 جلسه آموزشی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که مشاوره راه‌حل‌مدار موجب بهبود مهارت‌های فرزندپروری، افزایش کیفیت ارتباطات عاطفی و کاهش استرس و اضطراب مادران شد. همچنین، مشاوره راه‌حل‌مدار می‌تواند به عنوان یک ابزار موثر برای بهبود فرزندپروری و کیفیت روابط مادران مطلقه با فرزندان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و بر اهمیت حمایت‌های روانی و اجتماعی در این دوران تاکید می‌کند. در نهایت، گسترش برنامه‌های مشاوره‌ای مشابه و ارتقاء دوره‌های آموزشی مستمر برای مادران مطلقه پیشنهاد می‌شود تا به بهبود شرایط زندگی آن‌ها و فرزندانشان کمک کند.

the effect of solution-focused counseling on parenting among divorced mothers

the present study aimed to investigate the effect of solution-focused counseling on perceived competence and parenting among divorced mothers of schoolchildren. this research is applied in terms of purpose and quasi-experimental in terms of methodology, utilizing a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. the statistical population consisted of divorced mothers with children in shiraz, who were randomly selected. the experimental group participated in 10 educational sessions of solution-focused counseling, while the control group received no intervention. the results indicated that solution-focused counseling improved parenting skills, enhanced emotional communication quality, and reduced stress and anxiety among mothers. furthermore, solution-focused counseling can serve as an effective tool for improving parenting and the quality of mother-child relationships among divorced women, highlighting the importance of psychological and social support during this period. ultimately, expanding similar counseling programs and promoting continuous educational courses for divorced mothers is recommended to help improve their and their children's living conditions.
