تحلیل هزینه چرخه عمر ناوگان قطار شهری؛ مطالعه موردی قطار شهری کرمانشاه

در ارزیابی اقتصادی پروژه های راه آهن شهری یکی از مهمترین متغیرها تخمین هزینه تامین ناوگان مورد نیاز آن می باشد. در حال حاضر در اغلب طرح های توجیهی پروژه ها برای این هدف فقط هزینه خرید ناوگان ریلی لحاظ می شود. اما با این فرض از هزینه های مختلف دیگر مربوط به ناوگان مانند طراحی، تست و تحویل گیری، هزینه بهره برداری شامل مصرف انرژی و تعمیر و نگهداری، هزینه های آموزش و هزینه اسقاط صرف نظر شده است. در این مقاله مفهوم هزینه چرخه عمر برای ناوگان قطار شهری که شامل تمامی هزینه ها از طراحی اولیه تا اسقاط را می شود را به طور کامل تشریح شده است. همچنین نحوه تخمین هزینه در هر مرحله ارائه شده است. برای روشن شدن کامل این مفهوم محاسبات برای قطار شهری کرمانشاه انجام شده و ارائه شده است. با توجه به نتایج با وجود اینکه قسمت اصلی هزینه چرخه عمر ناوگان قطار شهری مربوط به هزینه خرید است اما سایر هزینه ها نیز سهم قابل توجهی داشته و می تواند در انتخاب بین گزینه های مختلف تاثیرگذار باشد

when it comes to evaluating urban railway projects from an economic perspective, one crucial factor to consider is the cost of providing the necessary fleet. unfortunately, many project justifications only take into account the purchase cost of the rail fleet, leaving out a multitude of other expenses related to the fleet. this includes design, testing and delivery, operating expenses such as energy consumption and maintenance, as well as training and scrapping costs. to address this issue, this article introduces the concept of life cycle cost for urban train fleets, which encompasses all expenses from the initial design phase to the scrapping of the fleet. the article also provides guidance on how to estimate costs at each stage of the process. to illustrate the concept, the calculations for the kermanshah urban train project are presented. the results show that while the purchase cost of the fleet is the main contributor to the life cycle cost of the urban train fleet, other expenses have a significant impact and can affect the selection of different options. in summary, considering the full life cycle cost of the fleet is crucial for making informed decisions in urban railway project evaluations.
