الگوی تاثیر بنادر خشک بر افزایش بهره وری حمل و نقل ریلی؛ مطالعه موردی: بندر خشک ایستگاه راه آهن سیستان اصفهان(شرکت بهتاش سپاهان)

بنادر خشک، پایانه های پس کرانه ایی هستند که به جهت حمل ترکیبی کالا دارای ارتباط مستقیم به صورت زمینی با یک یا چند بندرساحلی می باشند. بخش عمده ای از خدماتی که در بنادر ساحلی صورت می گیرد در بنادر خشک نیز ارائه می گردد که شامل خدماتگمرکی، ترخیص کالا، انبارداری، خدمات تعمیری مربوط به کانتینر، استریپ و استافینگ کانتینر و غیره می باشد؛ در واقع بنادر خشکگره های توزیع داخلی و قسمتی از زنجیره های تامین هستند که به همین دلیل در نزدیکی مناطق صنعتی و محورهای مهم به منظورکاهش ازدحام بنادر دریایی تحت عنوان نقاط کانونی زنجیره تامین واقع شده اند که همین امر سبب شده جزء شریان های مهم تجارت منطقه ای و بین المللی در نظر گرفته شوند. در این مقاله ضمن معرفی فنی و ساختاری بندر خشک و مقایسه آن در ایران و جهان، امکان سنجی ایجاد این بنادر از منظر توسعه لجستیک در منطقه بررسی شده است و تاثیر آن بر افزایش بهره وری حمل و نقل ریلی بررسی شده است. در انتها به عنوان مطالعه موردی تاثیر راه اندازی بندر خشک (بارنداز) ناحیه شرق اصفهان در محدوده ایستگاه سیستان در راه آهن اصفهان بر توسعه منطقه ای و افزایش حمل و نقل ریلی بررسی شده است. نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد با توجه به دسترسی بندر خشک سیستان به خط ریلی ، سهم حمل و نقل ریلی نسبت به جاده ای افزایش یافته و از هزینه های ترکیبی جاده ای کاسته می شود.

dry ports are back-shore terminals that have a direct connection by land with one or more coastal ports for the combined transportation of goods. most of the services provided in coastal ports are also provided in dry ports, which includes customs services, goods clearance, warehousing, repair services related to containers, stripping and stuffing containers, etc.; in fact, dry ports are internal distribution nodes and part of supply chains, which is why they are located near industrial areas and important axes in order to reduce the congestion of sea ports under the title of supply chain focal points, which is why they are part of important arteries. consider regional and international trade. in this article, along with the technical and structural introduction of the dry port and its comparison in iran and the world, the feasibility of establishing these ports has been investigated from the perspective of logistics development in the region, and its effect on increasing the efficiency of rail transportation has been investigated. in the end, as a case study, the effect of establishing a dry port in the eastern region of isfahan in the area of sistan station in isfahan railway on regional development and increase in rail transportation has been investigated. the results of the investigations showed that due to the access of the dry port of sistan to the railway line, the share of rail transport compared to road transport is increased and the combined road costs are reduced.
