طراحی نرم افزار تست ها و بازدیدهای پیش از اعزام قطارهای باری

سیر ایمن با حداقل سوانح را می توان یکی از مهمترین ویژگی حمل و نقل ریلی دانست که باعث شده که این روش حمل و نقلی امکان رقابت با سایر روشها را داشته باشد و دارای مزیت نسبی باشد. یکی از عوامل اصلی در بروز سوانح ریلی وقوع خطاهای انسانی است. مطابق قوانین جاری در راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران، صدور جواز ترمز قطار، تایید کننده سلامت قطار برای سیر با حداکثر سرعت تعیین شده باشد. صدور جواز ترمز به معنای بررسی و تایید قوانین مربوط بارگیری، سالم بودن تمامی اجزای واگن و آرایش و چیدمان واگن ها می باشد. در حال حاضر تمامی فرآیند صدور جواز ترمز شامل بازدید و محاسبات مربوطه توسط افراد متخصص و به صورت دستی انجام می شود. در خصوص قطارهای باری، با توجه به اینکه این عملیات باید در تمامی شرایط آب و هوایی و ساعت های شبانه روز انجام شود، امکان بروز خطای انسانی بسیار زیاد است. نرم افزار تست ها و بازدیدهای پیش از اعزام قطارهای باری با هدف افزایش ایمنی و بهره وری در راه آهن بوسیله کاهش خطاهای انسانی و مدت زمان صدور جواز ترمز، در دو محیط ویندوز و اندروید طراحی و پیاده سازی شده است. این نرم افزار پس از دریافت اطلاعات مورد نیاز قوانین مختلف شامل قوانین چیدمان ناوگان و قوانین حمل کالاهای خطرناک را در آرایش قطار بررسی می کند در صورت برقراری تمامی قواعد، درصد ترمز و سرعت مجاز محاسبه شده و جواز ترمز به صورت یک فایل قابل پرینت ارائه می شود. مطابق بررسی های ارائه شده، این نرم افزار به خوبی امکان بررسی حالت های مختلف و جلوگیری از بروز خطاهای انسانی را دارا می باشد.

safe operation with minimal accidents can be considered one of the most important features of rail transportation, which has enabled this method of transportation to compete with other methods and have a relative advantage. one of the main factors in the occurrence of rail accidents is human error. according to the current laws of the islamic republic of iran s railway, the issuance of a train brake permit is a confirmation of the train s health for operation at the maximum designated speed. the issuance of the brake permit involves reviewing and approving the loading regulations, the soundness of all wagon components, and the arrangement and layout of the wagons. currently, the entire process of issuing the brake permit is done manually by specialized personnel who conduct inspections and relevant calculations. regarding freight trains, since this operation must be carried out under all weather conditions and at all times of the day and night, the possibility of human error is very high. software for testing and pre-dispatch inspections of freight trains has been designed and implemented in both windows and android environments with the aim of increasing safety and efficiency on the railway by reducing human errors and the time it takes to issue a brake permit. this software checks the arrangement of the train according to different laws, including the regulations for the arrangement of rolling stock and the regulations for transporting dangerous goods. if all rules are met, the percentage of brake and permissible speed is calculated, and the brake permit is provided as a printable file. according to the presented reviews, this software is well-equipped to check various conditions and prevent human errors.
