چکیده    Abstract: in this work, co3o4 nanostructures were hydrothermally grown on ni foam for the fabrication of high-performance cathode materials of supercapacitor. co3o4 nanostructures with different morphologies were grown by adjusting the amounts of urea, nh4f at various temperatures. the specific capacitance of the prepared co3o4 electrode reached 620 fg-1 at the applied current density of 2 ag-1 in 1 m koh aqueous electrolyte. also, good rate performance of 500 fg-1 at the current density of 10 ag-1 with the retention rate of 80.6%. electrochemical performance measurements in three-electrode system: (a) gcd curves of the co3o4/ni, (b) specific capacitances at different current densities from 2 to 10 ag-1, (c) cv curves of the co3o4/ni electrode at different scan rates of 20 to 200 mvs-1.
