|
Abstract: weak electrical conduction impedes the application of mono metallic-organic frameworks(mofs) in electrochemistry. in this study, zr-co based mofs were prepared via a simple solvothermalmethod. hydrogen, regarded as the most promising green energy source,is abundant, recycable with highenergy density ideal fuel. water pyrolyses is a carbon-free method to producing h2 [1]. transition basedbimetallicmofs could contribute to accelerate the sluggish kinetics for obtaining excellent electrocatalyticperformance. here, we synthesised zr-co based mofs via a simple method with good performance inwatersplitting. to synthesis of zr-co mof, 25 mg of as-prepared mof808 [2] and 125 mg coso4 wereadded to 15 ml dmf and stirred for 2 hr. after that the solution was sealed into an autoclave and heatedto 85 ̊c for 23 hr. then, the pink mixture was cooled down to room temperature and centrifuged with dmfand dried in oven. samples with nafiuon, dropp casted on glassy carbon as working electrode and then putin three-electrode system with pt wire and ag/agcl as counter and refrence electrodes, respectively. inthe graphical abstract, the lsv curves of bare gc, mof 808 and zr-co bimetallic mof in 1m kohelectrolyt have been shown.
