واکاوی عوامل موثر بر طراحی مجتمع­های تفریحی- فرهنگی در سطح شهر مشهد با محوریت ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی

در عصر حاضر به دلیل ماشینی شدن امور، تعاملات اجتماعی بین شهروندان با کاهش روبرو بوده است که این امر برنامه‏ ریزان و طراحان شهری را بر آن داشته است که جهت چاره‏ جویی این چالش، راه کارهایی را ارائه دهند که دراین‌بین، به نظر می‏رسد، ایجاد و بازتولید فضاهای اجتماع ‏پذیری همچون مجتمع ‏های چندمنظوره با محوریت تفریحی- فرهنگی به‌عنوان محلی برای رخداد تعاملات اجتماعی بین شهروندان در راستای خلق محیط ‏های شهری پایدار، می‏تواند چاره ‏ساز باشد. مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوای پژوهش ‏های مختلف، مجموعه‏ ای از عوامل مختلف در طراحی مجتمع‏ های چندمنظوره در راستای ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی اثرگذار هستند. با این تفاسیر، پژوهش حاضر در راستای واکاوی عوامل موثر بر طراحی مجتمع‏ های تفریحی- فرهنگی در سطح شهر مشهد با محوریت ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی انجام‌گرفته است؛ بنابراین، این پژوهش پس از مرور مبانی و مفاهیم مرتبط، مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوای کیفی، به تدوین عوامل موثر بر طراحی مجتمع‏ های تفریحی- فرهنگی در سطح این شهر با محوریت ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی اقدام نموده و در ادامه با مراجعه به 40 نفر از متخصصان و نخبگان مرتبط با موضوع این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و در محیط نرم‏ افزار اکسپرت جویس به اولویت ‏بندی عوامل موثر بر طراحی مجتمع‏ های تفریحی- فرهنگی در سطح شهر مشهد با محوریت ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی مبادرت نموده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که قرارگیری در کنار امکانات عمومی، وجود مبلمان و تجهیزات مناسب، داشتن پارکینگ مناسب، امکان حضور 24 ساعته در فضا، قرارگیری در مسیر فعالیت‏ های روزمره، امنیت اجتماعی، داشتن امکانات و تسهیلات رفاهی- تفریحی متنوع، همه‏ شمول بودن، استفاده از عناصر طبیعی (همچون آب) و دسترس‏ پذیری مناسب، ازجمله عوامل موثر بر طراحی مجتمع‏ های تفریحی- فرهنگی در سطح شهر مشهد با محوریت ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی محسوب می‏شوند و همچنین از دید متخصصان، قرارگیری در مسیر فعالیت‏ های روزمره (با امتیاز 0/152)، امکان حضور 24 ساعته در فضا (با امتیاز 0/136) و داشتن امکانات و تسهیلات رفاهی- تفریحی متنوع (با امتیاز 0/122) به ترتیب در جایگاه‏ های اول تا سوم از حیث تاثیرگذاری بیشتر قرار دارند.

analyzing the effective factors on the design of recreational-cultural complexes in the city of mashhad, focusing on the promotion of social interactions

in today s era, due to the mechanization of affairs, social interactions between citizens have decreased. this has prompted urban planners and designers to provide solutions to solve this challenge. meanwhile, it seems that the creation and reproduction of sociable spaces such as multi-purpose complexes with a recreational-cultural focus as a place for social interactions between citizens to create sustainable urban environments can be a solution. based on the content analysis of various researches, a set of different factors are effective in the design of multi-purpose complexes in order to promote social interactions. with these interpretations, the present research has been conducted in line with the analysis of the effective factors on the design of recreational-cultural complexes in the city of mashhad, focusing on the promotion of social interactions; therefore, after reviewing the basics and related concepts, based on qualitative content analysis, this research has compiled effective factors on the design of recreational-cultural complexes in this city with the focus on promoting social interactions. in the following, by referring to 40 experts and elites, using the hierarchical analysis method and in the environment of expert joyce software, he started prioritizing the effective factors on the design of recreational-cultural complexes in the city of mashhad with the focus on promoting social interactions. the results of this research show that being located next to public facilities, the presence of suitable furniture and equipment, having a suitable parking lot, the possibility of 24-hour presence in the space, being located in the path of daily activities, social security, having various amenities and facilities, being inclusive, the use of natural elements (such as water) and proper accessibility are among the factors influencing the design of recreational-cultural complexes in the city of mashhad with the focus on promoting social interactions, and also, from the experts point of view, placement in the path of daily activities (with a score of 0. 152), the possibility of being present 24 hours a day in space (with a score of 0.136) and having various comfort-recreation facilities and facilities (with a score of 0.122) are in the first to third places, respectively, in terms of the most impact.
