باز تعریف‌ شهر هوشمند با تاکید بر سیستمهای‌ شهری‌ و شبکه‌ آبرسانی‌ (مبانی‌ و مفاهیم‌ شهر هوشمند و پایداری‌ زیستی‌)

روند تند شهرسازی‌ و افزایش‌ جمعیت‌، فشارهای‌ زیادی‌ را بر سیستمها و زیرساختهای‌ شهری‌ و نحوه خدمات رسانی‌ وارد کرده است‌. ناگریز شهرسازی‌ کنونی‌ برای‌ مدرنیزه کردن سیستمها و زیرساختها، به‌ استراتژیهای‌ قدرتمند و نوآورانه‌ای‌ نیاز دارد. اصولا در مطالعات زیربنایی‌ قلمروهای‌ شهری‌، موضوع آب از اهمیتی‌ فوق العاده برخوردار بوده و زیربنای‌ توسعه‌ است‌ و پایداری‌ آن درحیات و زندگی‌ شهری‌ نقش‌ کلیدی‌ دارد. پژوهش‌ حاضر نظری‌ و بنیادی‌ و با هدف بررسی‌ روابط‌ قیاسی‌ و مطالعه‌ کتب‌ و مقالات انجام گردیده و مفاهیم‌ و ابعاد مختلف‌ شهر هوشمند، سیستمهای‌ شهری‌ و شبکه‌ آبرسانی‌ مورد بررسی‌ قرار گرفته‌ و معین‌ شد که‌ در جهت‌ نیل‌ به‌ سیستمهای‌ شهری‌ هوشمند از طریق شبکه‌ هوشمند توزیع‌ آب، ضمن کاهش تلفات آب و نیز کاهش زمان عکس العمل به وقایع بهره برداری، خسارات ناشی از تخریب ساختمانها و بناها را به حداقل رسانده و به‌ عنوان یکی‌ از زیرساختهای‌ ششگانه‌ شهرهوشمند، می‌ تواند به‌ صورت مستقل‌ و یا هماهنگ‌ با سایر زیرساختها در قالب‌ یک‌ مدیریت‌ مرکزی‌ هوشمند، هدایت‌ و پایداری‌ شهری‌ و زیستی‌ را مهیا سازد.
