تاثیر توسعه کالبدی شهر قزوین بر محیط‌زیست با رویکرد ارزیابی اثرات زیست‌محیطی

توسعه در هر مقیاسی، اثرات متعددی را بر زمینه خود به همراه دارد. توسعه‌های عظیم شهری در شهرهای مختلف، به فراخور میزان توسعه یافتگی، جمعیت، موقعیت و ... به‌مرورزمان، اثرات مخرب سنگینی را بر محیط‌زیست وارد می کند. در این میان، رویکردها، روش ها و ابزارهای کنترلی که توسط متخصصان محیط زیستی تدوین می گردد، برای مهار این اثرات به کمک جوامع آمده است که ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی یکی از آن ها به شمار می رود. این پژوهش از نوع روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است و جهت گردآوری داده ها از اسنادی استفاده‌شده است به کمک تصاویر ماهواره‌ای گسترش کالبدی – فضایی شهر قزوین و اراضی این شهر مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرارگرفته است. در پژوهش حاضر، از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست منطقه موردمطالعه استفاده‌شده و با بهره مندی از روش طبقه بندی نظارت‌شده، به طبقه بندی کاربری اراضی پرداخته‌شده و سپس با استفاده از مدل کراس تب، میزان تغییرات انواع کاربری به کاربری اراضی ساخته‌شده مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرارگرفته است. طبق بررسی های انجام‌شده بر اساس طبقه‌بندی تصاویر ماهواره ای در مقطع زمانی 1986 تا 2011 مساحت ساخته‌شده در شهر قزوین از1645.29هکتار به 3428.73 هکتار رسیده است که افزایش دو برابری داشته است. گسترش شتابان این شهر طی 25 سال، سبب از بین رفتن زمین های مرغوب کشاورزی و باغات سنتی پیرامون شهر موردنظر شده است که این مسئله بسیار جدی که موجب آسیب به محیط زیست پیرامون این شهر و البته باغات سنتی شهر قزوین که به‌عنوان میراث ملی به شمار می‌رود، باید موردتوجه مسئولین و مدیران شهری قرار گیرد.

the effect of the physical development of qazvin city on the environment with the approach of environmental impact assessment

development in any scale has many effects on its field. huge urban developments in different cities, depending on the level of development, population, location, etc., over time, bring heavy destructive effects on the environment. meanwhile, approaches, methods and control tools developed by environmental experts have come to the aid of communities to curb these effects, and environmental impact assessment is one of them. this research is a descriptive-analytical method, and documents have been used to collect data, and with the help of satellite images, the physical-spatial expansion of qazvin city and its lands have been analyzed and investigated. in the current research, landsat satellite images of the studied area were used and with the benefit of the supervised classification method, the land use was classified and then by using the cross tab model, the amount of changes in the types of land use to built land use was analyzed and investigated. . according to the surveys conducted based on the classification of satellite images in the period from 1986 to 2011, the built area in qazvin city has increased from 1645.29 hectares to 3428.73 hectares, which has doubled. the rapid expansion of this city over the past 25 years has caused the destruction of high-quality agricultural lands and traditional gardens around the city, which is a very serious issue that causes damage to the environment around this city and of course the traditional gardens of qazvin, which are considered as national heritage. it should be taken into consideration by city officials and managers.
