شاخص‌های تعاملات اجتماعی مبتنی بر طبیعت در ارتقا سلامت بیماران

محیط های درمان بدلیل ماهیت خود و پیچیدگی های ساختاری گاها تاثیرات نامناسبی را بر روی بیماران دارند. این تاثیرات می تواند از جنبه های مختلف روانشناختی و فیزیولوژی بر روی بیماران و کاربران اندازه گیری شود. در این زمینه راه کارهای متفاوتی برای کاهش اثرات نامطلوب اینگونه فضاها بر کاربران در مطالعات بررسی شده است. مطالعات نشان داده اند که باغ ها و طبیعت در بیمارستان ها علاوه بر کاهش استرس و بهبود خلق و خو می توانند به میزان قابل توجهی رضایت از ارائه دهنده تسهیلات بهداشتی و کیفیت کلی مراقبت را افزایش دهند. همچنین طبیعت می تواند بدلیل ماهیت خود انسان ها را در یک مکان دور هم جمع نماید. این مسئله در بیمارستان ها که نیاز به تعامل بیماران باخانواده ها و همراهان بیماران وجود دارد، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر به دنبال آن است تا با بررسی کتابخانه ای از منابع معتبر و ادبیات بروز در زمینه شاخص های طراحی مبتنی بر طبیعت و تعاملات اجتماعی در محیط درمان، مولفه های بهبود بیماران را در اینگونه محیط ها بیان نماید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که طراحی مناسب مکان های تجمع بیماران، همراهان بیمار و کارکنان در محیط داخلی و خارج مراکز درمانی با بهره گیری از نور مناسب و گیاهان میتواند سالمت بیماران را ارتقا دهد.

healthcare facilities due to their nature and structural complexities, mostly have inappropriate effects on users. these effects can be measured from different psychological and physiological aspects on patients and users. there are different solutions in studies for decreasing the undesirable effects of these spaces on users. one of the most important approaches investigated in studies and research is the connection to nature and green environments. since nature is known as the primitive habitat of humans and other organisms, can play an essential role in human health and calmness. also, nature can gather people together in one place because of its nature. this issue is very important in hospitals where there is a need for interaction between patients and their families and companions. in the past decades, with the significant progress of environmental sciences and also architectural studies in the field of the impact of the environment on space users, researchers have addressed the issue of nature and the facilities it offers to improve the condition of space users. based on this and according to studies in the field of healthcare facilities, researchers seek to measure the effects of nature on the health of patients and users of therapeutic spaces. based on this, the present study intends to examine these components by extracting the components of using nature and their role in social interactions, health and recovery of patients.
