تاثیر الگوبرداری و تقلید در حوزه نوسازی شهرهای میانی و کوچک؛ نمونه مطالعاتی: شهر آستانه‌اشرفیه

شهرسازی مدرنیستی تفکری از یکسان‌سازی سیمای شهرها را در طراحی شهرها ایجاد نمود که به دنبال آن شهرهای درحال‌توسعه کوشیدند تا خود را هرچه بیشتر با سیمای شهرهای بزرگ دنیا مشابه سازند و این رویکرد حتی به شهرهای کوچک‌تر نیز تسری یافت. رد پای این رویکرد را می‌توان در نوسازی بافت‌های فرسوده نیز یافت. این مطالعه با بررسی نمونه طرح حرم شهر آستانه‌اشرفیه، با تحلیل جنبه‌های الگوبرداری شده از نمونه‌های مشابه کلان‌شهری، پیامدهای تقلید در آن را ارزیابی نموده است. نتایج نشان دادند که در این طرح به زمینه‌های اقلیمی و مذهبی شهر توجهی نشده و از نمونه های طرح‌های حرم امام رضا (ع) در مشهد و نیز بزرگراه نواب در تهران بهره گرفته‌شده است. به نظر می‌رسد توجه به معماری بومی منطقه‌ای گیلان و پتانسیل‌های تحریک توسعه در بافت فرسوده در کنار تقویت پایداری سکونت بتوانند اصلی‌ترین راهکارهای مداخله در بافت فرسوده این شهر باشند.
