طراحی مبتنی بر شواهد (ebd) در مراکز درمانی و تاثیر آن بر رضایتمندی بیماران (موردپژوهی: بیمارستان کسرا تهران)

طراحی مبتنی بر شواهد رویکردی در طراحی است که بر اهمیت استفاده از داده‌های معتبر به منظور تاثیر بر فرایند طراحی تاکید دارد. این رویکرد حرکتی مهم و رو به رشد در جهت ایجاد محیطی امن برای مراقبت از بیماران است. ارتقا اصول طراحی ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن و مراکز درمانی ﺑﺎ روش مبتنی بر شواهد و ﻣﺤﻮرﻳﺖ قرار دادن ﺑﻴﻤﺎر در جهت جلب رضایتمندی بیمار از اهداف این پژوهش است.روش پژوهش بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مشاهدات میدانی و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق روش دلفی و پرسش از 5 متخصص در حوزه معماری فضاهای درمانی در مورد بیمارستان کسرا تهران با استفاده از نرم‌افزار aspectمی‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده به ترتیب میزان رضایتمندی از بیمارستان کسرا تهران از بخش کارکنان7/4، خلوت و مشارکت 5/4، خوانایی فضا 3/4، تسهیلات2/4، طراحی داخلی3/3، آسایش و کنترل7/3، دید3/2و دسترسی به طبیعت 7/1 از سقف 6 بوده است.

evidence-based design (ebd) in medical centers and its effect on patient satisfaction (case study: kasra hospital, tehran)

in recent years, when the safety of patients and improving their outcome have been taken into consideration, designers, due to the need to replace dilapidated buildings, due to the need of patients to provide patient-centered services, and due to the reduction of preventable accidents, to a topic called based design they turned to the evidence.evidence-based design is an approach in design that emphasizes the importance of using valid data to influence the design process. this approach is an important and growing movement towards creating a safe environment for patient care.improving the design principles of hospitals and treatment centers with evidence-based methods and focusing on the patient in order to achieve patient satisfaction is one of the goals of this research.the research method is based on library studies, field observations and information collection through delphi method and questions from 5 experts in the field of architecture of therapeutic spaces in the case of kesra hospital in tehran using aspect software.according to the obtained results, in the order of satisfaction level of kesra hospital in tehran from staff department 4.7, privacy and participation 4.5, readability of space 4.3, facilities 4.2, interior design 3.3, comfort and control 3.7, view 3. 2/2 and access to nature was 1/7 of the maximum 6.
