طراحی پروژه ساختمانی با کاربری مسکونی همراه با ارائه رویکردی پایدار با هدف مدیریت انرژی از طریق استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی (منابع تجدیدپذیر) در استان قم

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی پروژه ساختمانی با کاربری مسکونی همراه با ارائه رویکردی پایدار با هدف مدیریت انرژی از طریق استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی (منابع تجدیدپذیر) در استان قم می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش به دو صورت مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام خواهد گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف؛ کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و تحلیلی است که با روش پیمایشی انجام ‌گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش 5 مولفه اصلی را بیان نمودند که عبارتند از: زیباسازی شهری، محیط زیست، منابع تجدیدپذیر، مدیریت انرژی و رویکرد پایدار. نتایج یافته های پژوهش بیان می کند که مولفه مدیریت انرژی در رتبه اول، منابع تجدیدپذیر در رتبه دوم، رویکرد پایدار در رتبه سوم، محیط زیست در رتبه چهارم و زیباسازی شهری در رتبه پنجم از نظر اهمیت قرار دارد.

the aim of the current research is to design a construction project with residential use along with providing a sustainable approach with the aim of energy management through the use of solar energy (renewable resources) in qom province. the research method in this study will be conducted in two ways: library and field study. this research in terms of purpose; it is practical and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive and analytical, which was done with a survey method. the findings of the research revealed 5 main components, which are: urban beautification, environment, renewable resources, energy management and sustainable approach. the results of the research findings state that the energy management component is in the first place, renewable resources in the second place, sustainable approach in the third place, environment in the fourth place and urban beautification in the fifth place in terms of importance.
