چکیده
|
This paper introduces an approach to improve the security and efficiency of robotic telesurgery systems in healthcare 4.0 environment. we integrate jason web tokens (jwt) for stateless authentication and easy access to the system. further, we utilize the advanced encryption standard (aes) algorithm to securely transfer surgical commands to the robotic arm at the patient side over the open network. it also ensures the authentication of information transmitted by the surgeon to the robotic arm, which reduces risks of unauthorized access and data tempering during transmission. the proposed solution addresses real-time patient safety needs in remote surgical procedures. this research advocates telehealth delivery and addresses safety and security challenges, improving patient outcomes.
