new global policies in outer space and our domestic tendencies

progress in the space and satellite industries had a uniform trend for years. today, continuous developments, significant steps taken by countries, and meaningful investments made by the private sector have increased the need for a global and practical regulatory view. this rapid turn in the space field has created new challenges. although there are laws in the world in this regard, they are not responsive to the current fast-paced developments. on the other hand, our country also pays attention to space development in its short- and long-term plans, and some worries need reflection at the global level. this article reviews the necessity of updating laws and creating effective policies in response to recent developments in the worldwide satellite space industries and the challenges of outer space treaties.
