بررسی رابطة خوشبینی و علایم ptsd در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بیمارستان امام علی )ع( شهرستان بجنورد

هدف از پژوهش حاضر رابطة بین خوش‌بینی و علایم ptsd در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی بود. جامعة پژوهش شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به سرطان بود که در سال 1402 تحت درمان رادیوتراپی در بیمارستان امام علی (ع) بجنورد بودند. از بین آن‌ها، تعداد 66 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و باتوجه‌به آن که توان جسمانی همکاری داشته باشند، انتخاب شد. در مرحله بعد شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه‌های خوش‌بینی سلیگمن و pcl-5 را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و به کمک نرم‌افزار spss-24 انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که خوش‌بینی و علایم ptsd در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان با هم رابطة معکوسی دارند. با درنظرگرفتن یافته‌های آماری، می‌توان بیان کرد بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تحت درمان که خوش‌بین بودند، علایم ptsd را نشان ندادند.

the relation between optimism and symptoms of ptsd in cancer patients in imam ali hospital of bojnourd

the purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between optimism and ptsd symptoms in cancer patients. the design of the present study was descriptive. the research population included all cancer patients who were undergoing radiotherapy treatment at imam ali hospital in bojnurd in 2023. among them, 66 individuals were selected using convenience sampling method, considering that they had the physical ability to cooperate. in the next stage, the participants completed the seligman optimism and pcl-5 questionnaires. data analysis was performed using pearson correlation test and using spss-24 software. the results of the correlation analysis showed that there is an inverse relationship between optimism and ptsd symptoms in cancer patients. considering the statistical findings, it can be stated that cancer patients under treatment who were optimistic did not show ptsd symptoms
