رابطه بهزیستی معنوی و هویت اخلاقی با سازگاری شغلی معلمان

سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ برای‌ ادامه اشتغال موفقیت‌آمیز معلمان عامل مهمی به شمار می رود. پژوهش‌ حاضر با هدف تعیین‌ رابطه‌ بین‌ بهزیستی‌ معنوی‌ و هویت‌ اخلاقی‌ با سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ در معلمان شهرستان دیلم انجام شد. روش مطالعه‌ حاضر توصیفی‌ از نوع همبستگی‌ بود. جامعه‌ پژوهش‌ شامل معلمان زن شاغل‌ درمدارس شهرستان دیلم در سال 1401 بود که‌ از میان آن‌ها به‌ روش تصادفی، 126 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای‌ جمع‌آوری‌ داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌های‌ بهزیستی‌ معنوی‌ فیشر (٢٠٠٥) هویت‌ اخلاقی، آکویینو و رید (٢٠٠٢) و مقیاس سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ دیویس ولافکوایست‌ (١٩٩١ ) استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آماری‌ spss-23 تجزیه‌ و تحلیل‌ شدند. تحلیل‌ داده‌ها با استفاده از روش های‌ ضریب همبستگی‌ پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه‌ انجام شد. نتایج‌ نشان داد که‌ بین‌ بهزیستی‌ معنوی‌ و هویت‌ اخلاقی‌ با سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ معلمان همبستگی‌ مثبت‌ و معناداری‌ وجود دارد‌. با توجه‌ به‌ ضرایب‌ بتا، هویت‌ اخلاقی‌ و بهزیستی‌ معنوی‌ در مجموع ٦١/٠ از واریانس‌ سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ را در معلمان زن پیش‌بینی نمودند. سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ معلمان توسط‌ متغیرهای‌ بهزیستی‌ معنوی و‌ هویت‌ اخلاقی قابل‌ پیش‌بینی است‌، بنابراین‌ پیشنهاد می‌شود که‌ روان‌شناسان و مشاوران جهت‌ بالا بردن میزان سازگاری‌ شغلی‌ معلمان، نقش‌ این‌ متغیرها را مورد توجه‌ قرار دهند.

the relationship between spiritual well-being and moral identity with teachers' job adjustment

job adjustment is an important factor for continued successful employment of teachers. the present study conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between spiritual well-being and moral identity with job adjustment in teachers of deylam. the design of the study was descriptive and correlational. the research population was female teachers working in schools in deylam in 2022, and 126 of them were selected by census method. data collection tools included fisher spiritual well-being scale (2005), moral identity, aquino and reed moral identity scale (2002) and dawis, lofquist job adjustment scale (1991. data analysis was conducted by the pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression tests. the data were analyzed into spss-23 software. the results showed a positive and significant correlation between spiritual well-being and moral identity with teachers' job adjustment. according to the beta coefficients, moral identity, spiritual well- being and religious orientation predicted a total of .61 of the variance of job adjustment in female teachers. teachers' job adjustment can be predicted by the variables of spiritual well-being and moral identity, thus it is suggested that psychologists and counselors pay attention to the role of these variables to promote the level of teachers' job adjustment
