بررسی رابطه بین ادراک معلمان از رهبری معنوی مدیران با بهزیستی روانشناختی آنان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین ادراک از رهبری معنوی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معلمان در مدارس دولتی شهر سیلوانا انجام شده است. این مطالعه به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان مدارس دولتی شهر سیلوانا در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1402 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 256 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد فرای (2005) برای رهبری معنوی و ریف (1998) برای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی هر دو پرسشنامه به تایید چندین تن از متخصصان علوم تربیتی رسید. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به کمک آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برای پرسشنامه رهبری معنوی 89/0 و برای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی 85/0 به دست آمد. داده‌های پژوهش پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ادراک از رهبری معنوی مدیران با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معلمان و همه ابعاد آن رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

investigating the relationship between the spiritual leadership of school principals and the psychological well-being of teachers

the present study was aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership and the psychological well-being of teachers in the public schools of silvana city. this study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. the research population included all public-school teachers in silvana city in the academic year of 2022-2023. using simple random sampling, 256 people were selected as a research sample for the study based on morgan's table. two standard questionnaires of fry (2005) for spiritual leadership and riff (1998) for psychological well-being were used to collect data. the face and content validity of both questionnaires were confirmed by several experts in educational sciences. also, the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained with the help of cronbach's alpha .89 for the spiritual leadership questionnaire and .85 for the psychological well-being. the research data were analyzed using spss software. pearson's correlation coefficient was used in the inferential statistics section. the results showed a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership and psychological well-being and all its dimensions.
