بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری مثبت به مادران بر بهزیستی هیجانی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه

اختلال نقص توجه یک اختلال عصبی رشدی شایع در دوران کودکی است که با سطوح نامناسب رشدی بیتوجهی و/یا بیش فعالی وتکانشگری مشخص میشود که میتواند در طول زندگی ادامه یابد. با توجه به اهمیت تاثیر سلامت روانی این کودکان بر خویش، خانواده وجامعه پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری مثبت به مادران بر بهزیستی هیجانی، روانشناختی و اجتماعیکودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه انجام شد. طرح پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع نیمه آزمایشی به شیوه پیشآزمون-پسآزمون بود. جامعهیپژوهش کلیهی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و مادرانشان در شیراز بودند که در سال 1402 در این شهر سکونت داشتند. نمونهپژوهش شامل 30 نفر از این کودکان به همراه مادرانشان بود که به صورت هدفمند و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به صورت جایگزینی تصادفیدر دوگروه کنترل و آزمایش )هر گروه 15 نفر( قرار گرفتند و مادران کودکان گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری مثبت قرارگرفتند. ابزار اندازهگیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهی بهزیستی هیجانی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی کییز و ماگیارمو و آموزش برنامه فرزندپروریمثبت ساندرز و همکاران بود. پرسشنامهها بعد از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرمافزار spss- 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل در سطوح توصیفی واستنباطی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان داد که بین بهزیستی هیجانی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی دو گروه در مرحله پسآزمون تفاوت معناداریوجود دارد ) 001 / 0 ≥ p و آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری مثبت به مادران بر بهزیستی هیجانی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه تاثیر معناداری دارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان امیدوار بود که آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری مثبت به مادران کودکان دارای اختلال نقص توجه میتواند در جهت کاهش علائم سایر اختلالات روانی این کودکان موثر واقع شود.

investigating the effectiveness of teaching positive parenting program to mothers on the emotional, psychological and social well-being of children with attention deficit disorder

attention deficit disorder is a common childhood neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention and/or hyperactivity and impulsivity that can persist throughout life. considering the importance of the impact of the mental health of these children on themselves, the family, and the society, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of teaching positive parenting programs to mothers on the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of children with attention deficit disorder. the design of the research is descriptive and semi-experimental in the pre-test-post-test manner. the resewarch population was all children with attention deficit disorder and their mothers in shiraz who lived in this city in 2023. as a sample, 30 of these children along with their mothers were selected in a purposeful and voluntary manner and randomly replaced in two control and experimental groups (15 people in each group) and the mothers of the children in the experimental group were trained in the positive parenting program. the measuring tools of the research included the emotional, psychological and social well-being questionnaire of keyes and magyarmo and the positive parenting program training of saunders et al. after collecting, the questionnaires were analyzed at descriptive and inferential levels using spss 23 software. the findings showed that there is a significant difference between the emotional, psychological and social well-being of the two groups in the post-test phase (p<.001) and it was found that teaching positive parenting program to mothers on the emotional, psychological and social well-being of children with attention deficit disorder it has a significant effect. according to the research results, it can be hoped that teaching positive parenting program to mothers of children with attention deficit disorder can be effective in reducing the symptoms of other mental disorders of these children.
