رتبه بندی استخرهای تفریحی ورزشی شهر اصفهان بر اساس شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد با رویکرد سازگاری با محیط

امروزه موضوع رتبه بندی فعالیت‌ها و اماکن ورزشی به‌منظور بهبود بهره وری موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. از طرف دیگر نظام ارزیابی عملکرد به‌عنوان ابزاری برای تحقق اهداف سازمان ها به کار می رود؛ ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف رتبه بندی استخرهای تفریحی ورزشی شهر اصفهان بر اساس شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد با رویکرد سازگاری با محیط انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ به لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات، پیمایشی؛ و به لحاظ نوع توصیفی بود. در مرحله اول با بررسی کتابخانه ای و انجام 5 مصاحبه با کارشناس خبره 91 شاخص جهت ارزیابی استخرهای ورزشی تفریحی کشف و در مرحله بعد 57 شاخص در قالب 4 منظر کارت امتیازی متوازن (فرآیندهای داخلی (10 شاخص)، مشتری (22 شاخص)، رشد و یادگیری (19 شاخص)، و مالی (6 شاخص)) از خروجی گروه کانونی، متشکل از 4 استاد برجسته حاصل شد. سازه تشکیل شده با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی بر اساس نظرات 333 نفر از جامعه پژوهش مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پس از تایید سازه کارت امتیازی متوازن، به‌منظور رتبه بندی استخرهای مورد مطالعه از روش تحلیل خوشه بندی خاکستری استفاده شد. براین‌اساس، 20 استخر همگن ورزشی تفریحی در مناطق 15 گانه شهری و محدوده شهرستان اصفهان و سپاهان شهر و بهارستان در نظر گرفته شدند. یافته‌های بدست آمده از تحلیل داده‌ها و رتبه بندی انجام شده نشان داد، به ترتیب استخرهای آرامان، آبسار، انقلاب، مروارید و گلسار در رتبه های اول تا پنجم قرار گرفتند؛ اما باید توجه نمود که هدف اصلی این پژوهش رتبه بندی استخرهای مورد مطالعه بوده است، و به ارائه روشی پرداخته که بتوان بر اساس شاخص‌های احصا شده با رویکرد سازگاری با محیط ورزش، ارزیابی صحیحی را برای این نوع اماکن ورزشی داشت باشد. لذا مدیران این مجموعه ها به‌منظور بهبود عملکرد خود می‌توانند از این شاخص‌ها استفاده نمایند.

ranking of recreational sports pools in isfahan city based on performance evaluation indicators with the approach of compatibility with the environment

today, the topic of ranking activities and sports venues to improve efficiency has gained attention. on the other hand, performance evaluation systems are used as a tool to achieve organizational goals. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of ranking the recreational sports pools of isfahan city based on performance evaluation indicators with an environmental compatibility approach. the present research is applied in terms of purpose; survey in terms of information collection; and descriptive in terms of type. in the first stage, by library study and conducting 5 interviews with expert experts, 91 indicators for evaluating recreational sports pools were discovered and in the next stage, 57 indicators in the form of 4 balanced scorecard perspectives (internal processes (10 indicators), customer (22 indicators), growth and learning (19 indicators), and financial (6 indicators)) were obtained from the output of the focus group, consisting of 4 prominent professors. the formed structure was confirmed based on the opinions of 333 people from the research community using factor analysis. after confirming the structure of the balanced scorecard, the gray clustering analysis method was used to rank the studied pools. accordingly, 20 homogeneous recreational sports pools were considered in 15 urban areas and the suburbs of isfahan, sepahan-shahr, and baharestan. the findings obtained from data analysis and ranking showed that arman, absar, enghelab, morvarid, and golsar pools were ranked first to fifth, respectively; however, it should be noted that the main goal of this research has been to rank the studied pools, and it has presented a method that can have a correct evaluation for these types of sports venues based on the identified indicators with a sports environmental compatibility approach. therefore, the managers of these collections can use these indicators to improve their performance.
