بررسی پیشایندها و شرایط زمینه ای مدل ارتقای سلامت مبتنی بر سواد رسآنه ای کارکنان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل (با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد)

رسانه ها بزرگترین آموزش دهنده به ویژه در حوزه سلامت در جوامع امروزى هستند و هر جامعه ای درجه ای از سواد رسآن‌های در مورد سلامت دارا می باشد. در این بین، ماهیت شغل کارکنان بیمارستآن‌ها و مراکز آموزش پزشکی به گونه ای است که همواره با چالش سلامت رو به رو هستند و از آنجایی که ارتباط تنگاتنگی بین رسانه و سلامت هر فرد وجود دارد؛ هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی پیشایندها و عوامل زمینه ای مدل ارتقای سلامت مبتنی بر سواد رسآن‌های در کارکنان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد انجام گرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل اساتید و مدیران دانشگاه بودند که دانش کافی در زمینه سلامت و رسانه، سابقه کاری بالای 10 سال و مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر داشتند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد و با 10 نفر از اساتید مصاحبه انجام گرفت و اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. داده ها با روش کدگذاری با الهام از نظریه گلاسر و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. مطابق با نتایج، 44 مقوله فرعی و 8 مقوله اصلی در قالب ابعاد پارادایمیک شامل شرایط علّی، زمینه ای، مداخله گر، راهبردها، پیامدها و پدیدۀ اصلی طبقه بندی گردیدند. طبق یافته ها، با حرکت به سوی این مدل، می توان شاهد ارتقای اساسی در سلامت کارکنان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل با استفاده از ارتقای سواد رسآن‌های بود.

investigating the antecedents and background conditions of the health promotion model based on media literacy of the educational staff of ardabil university of medical sciences (with a grounded theory approach)

media are the largest educators, especially in the field of health in today’s societies, and each society has a degree of media literacy about health. in this regard, the nature of the job of hospital staff and medical education centers is such that they are always faced with health challenges and since there is a close relationship between media and the health of each individual; the aim of the present study was to identify the antecedents and contextual factors of a health promotion model based on media literacy in the educational staff of ardabil university of medical sciences. this research is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted using a qualitative method based on grounded theory. the tool used in this research was semi-structured interviews. the research community included university professors and managers who had sufficient knowledge in the field of health and media, a work history of more than 10 years, and a master’s degree or higher. in this research, purposive sampling method of snowball type was used to collect information and interviews were conducted with 10 professors and theoretical saturation was achieved. the data were coded using glasser’s theory and analyzed using maxqda software. according to the results, 44 sub-categories and 8 main categories were classified in the form of paradigmatic dimensions including causal conditions, contextual, intervening, strategies, consequences, and the main phenomenon. according to the findings, by moving towards this model, we can witness a fundamental improvement in the health of the educational staff of ardabil university of medical sciences by promoting media literacy.
