شناسایی و واکاوی رضایت از زندگی معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان الشتر؛ رویکرد پدیدارشناسی

بهزیستی ذهنی سه مولفه ی اصلی شامل احساسات مثبت، احساسات منفی و احساس رضایت از زندگی دارد لذا از آنجاکه رضایت از زندگی یکی از سه رکن بهزیستی ذهنی است؛ هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر در رضایت زندگی در بین معلمان مشغول به خدمت است. جامعه پژوهش شامل معلمان شهرستان الشتر است که تعداد 12 نفر بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و همچنین اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. داده های استخراج شده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی و کدگذاری استخراج مضمونهای اصلی و فرعی مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که رضایت شغلی شامل ساعات کاری، میزان عالقه به شغل و وضعیت اقتصادی، امید به آینده شامل عوامل شخصی و عوامل محیطی دخیل در آن، روابط اجتماعی شامل چگونگی رابطه با خانواده، رابطه با همکاران و رابطه با دوستان و همچنین تابآوری شامل مهارت های حل مسئله و نوع چالش از جمله عواملی هستند که در تعیین میزان رضایت از زندگی معلمان مشمول به خدمت نقش دارند. یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش میتواند جزء برنامه های اصلاحی جهت ارتقای رضایت از زندگی و به تبع آن بهزیستی ذهنی معلمان قرار گیرد.

identifying and analyzing the life satisfaction of elementary school teachers in aleshtar city: phenomenological approach

mental well-being consists of three main components: positive emotions, negative emotions, and life satisfaction. therefore, since life satisfaction is one of the three pillars of mental well-being, the aim of the present research is to identify the factors affecting life satisfaction among teachers in service. the research population includes teachers in the city of eleshter, with 12 individuals selected as research samples using purposeful sampling and theoretical saturation methods. data extracted from semi-structured interviews were analyzed using phenomenology and coding methods to extract main and sub-themes. the findings of the research showed that job satisfaction, including working hours, interest in the job, and economic status, hope for the future, including personal and environmental factors involved in it, social relations, including how to relate to family, relationship with colleagues and friends, and resilience, including problem-solving skills and the type of challenge, are among the factors that play a role in determining the level of life satisfaction of teachers in service. the findings of the research can be part of corrective programs to enhance life satisfaction and consequently the mental well-being of teachers
