رابطه بین انگیزش شغلی معلمان با میزان رشد اجتماعی و عاطفی دانش آموزان دختر و پسر دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر روانسر

این پژوهش با هدف رابطه بین انگیزش شغلی معلمان با میزان رشد اجتماعی و عاطفی دانش‏آموزان دختر و پسر دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر روانسر طراحی شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان مشغول به تدریس و دانش آموزان مشغول به تحصیل در دوره دوم مدارس ابتدایی شهر روانسر در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1401 بود که تعداد 51 نفر (28 شامل معلم مرد 23 معلم زن) و تعداد 312 دانش‌آموز (156 دانش‌آموز پسر و 156 نفر دانش‌آموز دختر) را به طور تصادفی از بین مدارس شهری دوره دوم شهرستان روانسر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی رایت (2004)، رشد اجتماعی وایتزمن (1990) و رشد عاطفی سینگ و بهارگاوا (1990) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از روش‏های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحت نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بین انگیزش شغلی و مولفه‌های آن با رشد اجتماعی و رشد عاطفی دانش‌آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، انگیزش شغلی و مولفه‌های آن قدرت پیش‌بینی رشد عاطفی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان را دارد، بنابراین می‌توان گفت که انگیزش شغلی معلمان و مولفه‌های آن از متغیرهای مهم و موثر در رشد اجتماعی و عاطفی دانش‌آموزان است.

the relationship between teachers' career motivation and the level of social and emotional growth of male and female students in the second year of elementary school in shahr-ravansar

this research was designed with the aim of the relationship between teachers' career motivation and the level of social and emotional growth of male and female students in the second year of elementary school in shahr-ravansar. the statistical population of this research included all teachers teaching and students studying in the second period of primary schools in ravansar city in the academic year 1402-1401, 51 people (28 including male teachers and 23 female teachers) and 312 students (156 male students and 156 female students) were randomly selected from the second period urban schools of ravansar city as a sample. to collect data, wright's career motivation questionnaire (2004), weitzman's social development (1990) and emotional development of singh and bhargava (1990) were used. descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis under spss software version 23. the results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between job motivation and its components with social and emotional growth of students. career motivation and its components have the power to predict students' emotional and social growth, so it can be said that teachers' career motivation and its components are important and effective variables in students' social and emotional growth.
