چکیده
|
The residual stresses developed during manufacturing processes have an important role on the success of the samples manufacturing. the laser powder bed fusion method of additive manufacturing has been widely used in different industries to produce prototypes as well as the geometrical complex parts. prediction of the residual stress of the samples is an important challenge for these parts. the inherent strain is used in the present research to simulate the manufacturing method to fabricate the tensile test samples. the numerically manufactured sample is tested and the obtained stress-strain curve is compared with the experimental results.
