چکیده    Automotive industry needs to choose the proper feeding method to transfer the various categories of parts to the loading area and stations with respect to the jit principles namely exclusively lean phenomenon. one of the key decisions for every assembly line is the decision about the materials feeding system which means the method of supplying materials to the operators in line side with the highest available access ratio index. this decision affects all of the other activities performed as well as the performance of the assembly line. in the industry especially automobile manufacturing sector, kitting is practiced as a challenging method of materials feeding. although kitting is proved to have distinctive benefits, some drawbacks are pinpointed among logistics which make kitting applicable to: 1) when a large number of variant components demand a large floor area in the assembly system and 2) for minimizing the risk of assembling the wrong component which leads to extra non-value added rework and correction. in this paper, we investigate how dynamic kitting method can affect the indices toward continuous improvement. dynamic kitting, in the category of strategic improvement was held in pars khodro automobile manufacturing company (saipa group) known as the oldest car manufacturer whose joint with general motor is recorded previously. pars khodro has the experience of producing more than 250 000 vehicles annually in various diversities including renault, nissan and brilliance products such as logan, megan, maxima, sundero , brilliance , pick up ,….
