تغییر سیستم تغذیه خط خودرو haima از روش lot by lot به part by part (مطالعه موردی: شرکت ایران خودرو خراسان)

افزایش نیاز و استقبال گسترده مشتریان از خودروهای شاسی بلند و همچنین وجود زیر ساخت تولید و مونتاژ در شرکت ایران خودرو خراسان زمینه را برای افزایش تولید این محصولات فراهم نمود. در این راستا لازم بود که زیر ساختهای لجستیکی نیز متناسب با سایر زیرساختها فراهم تا امکان تولید بهینه و با حداقل توقفات فراهم گردد. از آنجایی که علاوه بر افزایش تولید، افزایش تنوع محصولات در خطوط فعلی نیز مد نظر می باشد از منظر لجستیکی، فضای ایستگاه های کاری مونتاژ قادر به تدارک و لجستیک بهینه برای اپراتور تولید نبوده و لذا تغییر سیستم و روش تغذیه خط از روش لات بای لات از ضروریات پروژه افزایش ظرفیت تولید می باشد. به منظور تغییر سیستم تغذیه خلاصه اقدامات شامل : تهیه لی اوت های انبارش و بازگشایی پک، جریان مواد، آدرس دهی اقلام در قفسه های و فضاهای لجستیکی، برنامه حمل و فرآیندهای اجرایی تهیه و... انجام گردید مزایای اجرای این روش بطور خلاصه علاوه بر ایجاد انعطاف در خط تولید برای تولید محصولات متنوع و افزایش تیراژ تولید ، شرایط اضافه شدن هر محصول جدید به خط تولید را تسهیل می نماید.

the increase in the demand and widespread acceptance of customers for suvs as well as the existence of production and assembly infrastructure in iran khodro khorasan provided the basis for increasing the production of these products. in this regard, it was necessary to provide logistics infrastructures in accordance with other infrastructures in order to provide the possibility of optimal production with minimum stops. since, in addition to increasing production, increasing the variety of products in the current production lines is also considered, from a logistical point of view, the space of the assembly workstations was not able to provide optimal logistics for the production operator, and therefore, changing the system and feeding method of the line from the lot by lot method is one of the necessities of the project to increase the production capacity. in order to change the feeding system, a summary of measures including: preparation of warehouse layouts and unpacking, material flow, addressing of items in shelves and logistics spaces, preparation of transportation plan and executive processes, etc., were carried out. on creating flexibility in the production line for the production of various products and increasing production circulation, it facilitates the conditions of adding any new product to the production line.
