جنگ نفت و سایه‌ی امنیت: راهبرد‌های نفتی عربستان سعودی و تاثیر آن بر مناسبات امنیت (2008-2016) ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

مقاله پیش‌رو به بررسی تاثیر راهبرد کنترل بازار نفت توسط عربستان سعودی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از سال 2008 تا 2016 می‌پردازد. عربستان سعودی به‌عنوان یکی از بزرگ‌ترین تولیدکنندگان نفت جهان، توانایی بالقوه‌ای در تعیین قیمت نفت دارد. تصمیمات عربستان سعودی در خصوص تولید و قیمت‌گذاری نفت، تاثیرات مستقیمی بر بازار جهانی نفت و درنهایت بر امنیت ملی کشورهای وابسته دارد. در این مقاله، ابتدا به بررسی نوسانات قیمت نفت در دوره مذکور پرداخته و تاثیر آن بر درآمد نفتی ایران و به‌تبع آن بر اقتصاد و امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. سپس، تاثیر تصمیمات عربستان سعودی بر تقاضای نفت در بازار جهانی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت و به این پرسش که راهبرد کنترل بازار نفت توسط عربستان سعودی در سال‌های مذکور بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تاثیر گذاشته است پاسخ داده خواهد شد. مقاله حاضر با روش تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی منابع و اطلاعات موجود پرداخته است تا تاثیر راهبرد کنترل بازار نفت توسط عربستان سعودی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را بررسی کند. نتایج این بررسی می‌تواند به تصمیم گیران و پژوهشگران کمک کند تا درک بهتری از روابط بین دو کشور داشته باشند.

the upcoming article examines the impact of saudi arabia s oil market control strategy on the national security of the islamic republic of iran from 2008 to 2016. as one of the world s largest oil producers, saudi arabia has the potential to set oil prices. saudi arabia s decisions regarding oil production and pricing have direct effects on the global oil market and ultimately on the national security of dependent countries. in this article, the oil price fluctuations in the mentioned period are first examined and its effect on iran s oil income and consequently on the economy and national security of the islamic republic of iran is examined. then, the impact of saudi arabia s decisions on oil demand in the world market will be examined and the question that the strategy of controlling the oil market by saudi arabia in the mentioned years has affected the national security of the islamic republic of iran will be answered. the present article has investigated the available sources and information using the library research method to investigate the effect of saudi arabia s oil market control strategy on the national security of the islamic republic of iran. the results of this review can be used by decision makers and scholars to help them have a better understanding of the relations between the two countries.
