نقش سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل در اجرای بهینه ماموریت‌های گردان‌های تک هوانیروز در جنگ‌های‌آینده

جنگ‌های آینده دارای پیچیدگی‌های زیادی بوده و پیروزی در آنها با نگرش به برتری تسلیحاتی و ارتباطی کشورهای قدرتمند و معارض ج. ا. ایران مستلزم به‌کارگیری ابتکار تاکتیکی و استفاده از تجهیزات مناسب است، نقش سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل در استفاده از قابلیت‌ها و ویژگی‌های مطلوب گردان‌های تک هوانیروز می‌تواند در نظام دفاعی ج. ا. ایران بسیار موثر واقع شده و در نتیجه برای حفظ و تحکیم امنیت ملی کارا باشد.هدف این مقاله «بررسی نقش سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل در اجرای بهینه ماموریت‌های گردان‌های تک هوانیروز درجنگ‌های آینده» است بدین‌منظور پژوهشگران تلاش نموده‌اند با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش جمع‌آوری کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد و مدارک و مصاحبه با خبرگان مولفه‌ها و مشخصات سامانه‌های فرماندهی و کنترل در گردان‌های تک هوانیروز را مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های محیط جنگ‌های آینده احصاء و در ادامه مشکلات مترتب با آن را بیان و با این نگاه به برداشت‌های دفاعی برای آمادگی در رویارویی با متخاصم در محیط جنگ‌های آینده کمک نمایند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان‌می‌دهد؛ سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل هوانیروز، با هدایت به‌موقع و تفویض اختیار تا پایین‌ترین رده‌، بهره‌گیری از عوامل و تکنولوژی پیشرفته ارتباطاتی و مخابراتی تاکتیکی در کنترل و هدایت رده‌های پروازی و استفاده از شبکه‌های ارتباطی و مخابراتی بومی، امن، پایدار، متحرک و تصمیم‌گیری به‌صورت تمرکزی و اجرای غیر تمرکزی، نقش تعیین کننده در اجرای ماموریت‌های موفقیت‌آمیز گردان‌های تک هوانیروز در جنگ‌های آینده دارد.

the role of the command-and-control system in the optimal implementation of the missions of army aviation’s battalions in future wars

the future wars will have many complications and victory in them should be based on the superiority of weapons and communications of powerful and opposing countries against i.r. of iran requires the use of tactical initiative and the use of appropriate equipment. the role of thec2 system in using the capabilities and desirable features of army aviation battalions can be used in the defense system. the purpose of this article is to investigate the role of thec2 system in the optimal implementation of the missions of army aviation’s battalions in future wars for this purpose, the researchers have tried with a descriptive-analytical approach and by using the method of library collection and documents and interviews with experts of the components and specifications of the systems. the c2 in single airborne battalions is based on the characteristics of the environment of the future wars and the problems associated with it, and with this view to help the defense perceptions to prepare to face the adversary in the environment of the future wars. the results of this research show; command and control of army aviation system, with timely guidance and delegation of authority down to the lowest level, use of advanced tactical communication and telecommunication agents and technology in controlling and directing flight ranks and using native, safe, stable, mobile communication and telecommunication networks and decision-making in the form of centralization and non-centralized execution play a decisive role in the successful execution of the missions of army aviation battalions in future wars.
