الگوی راهبردی فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی نوین با قابلیت دفاع در محیط جنگ ناهمتراز

نتایج حاصل از بررسی جنگ‌های اخیر بیانگر آن است که ناهمترازی مهم‎ترین مشخصه جنگ‎های آینده می باشد و در چنین محیطی، مهاجمین در اولین موج حمله، با حجم انبوهی از تسلیحات و امکانات مدرن و دقیق، سعی در نابودی حداکثری تجهیزات پدافندی کشور هدف دارند تا با کسب برتری هوایی، سایر نیروهای بتوانند در فضایی عاری از تهدید، اهداف را دنبال نمایند. با توجه به موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواستراتژیکی، ژئواکونومیکی و غیره ج. ا. ایران، شاهد تهدیدات مستمری علیه ج. ا. ایران هستیم. در چنین شرایطی، لازم است با فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی نوین نسبت به ارتقاء قابلیت دفاع در برابر دشمنان ناهمتراز پرداخت. نوع تحقیق حاضر، کاربردی – توسعه‎ای و رویکرد آن آمیخته با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) گرد‎آوری گردیده که اطلاعات به‎‌دست آمدۀ کیفی به‎ روش تحلیل محتوا و اطلاعات به‎‌دست آمدۀ کمی با استفاده از نرم‌‎افزار تحلیل داده‎‌های کمی، مورد تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته‎اند. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوا و پایایی با «آلفای کرونباخ» محاسبه گردیده است. در نهایت، از یافته‎‌های تحقیق الگوی راهبردی دارای دو بُعد زمان غیر جنگ (شامل 11 مولفه) و زمان جنگ (شامل 8 مولفه)، احصاء و ارائه گردیده است.

the results of the investigation of the recent wars show that asymmetry is the most important characteristic of the future wars, and in such an environment, attackers in the first wave of attack, with a large amount of modern weapons, they aim to destroy the country s defense equipment as much as possible so that by gaining air superiority, other forces can pursue their goals in an atmosphere free from threats. according to the geopolitical, geostrategic, geoeconomic situation, etc. c. a. iran has witnessed continuous threats against iran. in such a situation, it is necessary to improve the capability of successful defense against unequal enemies with the command and control of modern air defense. the present type of research is applied-developmental and its approach is mixed with descriptive-analytical method. the data was collected by two library and field methods, and qualitative information obtained by content analysis method and quantitative information obtained by using quantitative data analysis software were analyzed. have taken the validity of the questionnaire was calculated through content validity and reliability with cronbach s alpha. finally, from the findings of the research, the strategic model with two dimensions of non-war time and war time has been calculated and presented.
