فرماندهی و کنترل جنگ ترکیبی با استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین

جنگ یکی از پدیده‌های جوامع انسانی است. جدیدترین و پیچیده‌ترین سبک جنگیدن که تاکنون مطرح شده جنگ‌های ترکیبی است که تلفیقی از ابزار‌های در دسترس دیپلماتیک، اطلاعاتی، نظامی و اقتصادی با هدف ایجاد بی‌ثباتی در کشور هدف می‌باشد. امروزه با رشد فزاینده داده‌ها به سبب گستردگی عملیات‌های ترکیبی، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین به منظور مدیریت حجم عظیم اطلاعات با سرعت زیاد، هزینه نسبتاً کم و با نیروی انسانی کمتر در فرماندهی و کنترل برای تصمیم‌گیری فرماندهان، کاربران و سازمان‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. هدف تحقیق بررسی کاربرد فناوری سنجش از دور و جی.آی.اس در فرماندهی و کنترل جنگ ترکیبی است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و رویکرد کیفی انجام شده، روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی می‌باشد که با استفاده از منابع مطالعاتی و مصاحبه با خبرگان سعی در تدوین داده‌ها گردید. نتایج حاکی از آن است که فناوری‌های نوین در تحلیل مسائل مختلف به ‌صورت فرآیندی سریع، مطمئن و با قابلیت‌های پردازش بالا و دیگر امکانات کار با اطلاعات رقومی می‌تواند در بخش مانیتورینگ سامانه کنترل و فرماندهی دیجیتال نظیر هدایت و نظارت عملیاتی و تاکتیکی در شرایط جنگ ترکیبی یاری‌رسان فرماندهان در شرایط بحران باشد.

command and control of combined warfare using new technologies

war is one of the phenomena of human societies. the newest and most complex style of warfare that has been proposed so far is the combined wars, which are a combination of diplomatic, informational, military and economic tools aimed at creating instability in the target country. nowadays, with the increasing growth of data due to the wide range of combined operations, the use of new technologies in order to manage the huge amount of information with high speed, relatively low cost and with less human resources in command and control is inevitable for decision-making of commanders, users and organizations. the purpose of this study was to investigate the application of remote sensing and gis technology in combined war command and control. this research is an applied research with descriptive-analytical method and qualitative approach is a library and field data collection method that was tried to develop data using research resources and interviews with experts. the results indicate that new technologies in analyzing various problems in a fast, reliable process with high processing capabilities and other facilities to work with digital information can be used in monitoring digital control and command system such as operational and tactical guidance and supervision in combined warfare conditions to assist commanders in crisis situations.
