این پژوهش به دنبال جواب به این سوال است که سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل واکنش سریع مناسب برای صحنه‌های نبرد آینده در قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء (صلی‌الله علیه و آله و سلم) ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه باید باشد؟ این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نوع آن کاربردی است و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده و از نظرات صاحب‌نظران در این زمینه استفاده‌شده است؛ که پس از دسته‌بندی و بررسی، مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل کیفی قرارگرفته و سپس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفته است. درنهایت نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه به روش تحلیل کیفی تجزیه‌وتحلیل و تبیین گردیده است؛ که نتایج آن احصای شش مولفه برای ایجاد قابلیت انعطاف‌پذیری و شش مولفه برای ایجاد قابلیت اطمینان و سه مولفه برای ایجاد استقلال تاکتیکی در سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل واکنش سریع مناسب برای صحنه‌های نبرد آینده در قرارگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم‌الانبیاء(صلی‌الله علیه و آله و سلم) بود.

this research is looking for an answer to the question, what should the command and control system for quick response be like for the future battle scenes in the khatam al-anbia air defense base (peace be upon him and his family) of the islamic republic of iran army? this research is descriptive-analytical and its type is practical, and the method of collecting library and field information is used, and the opinions of experts in this field have been used; after categorizing and checking, it has been subjected to qualitative analysis and then the results obtained from the data obtained from the questionnaire have been analyzed on two descriptive and inferential levels. finally, the results of interviews and questionnaires have been analyzed and explained using the qualitative analysis method; the results of which were the statistics of six components to create flexibility, six components to create reliability, and three components to create tactical independence in the command and control system of quick response suitable for future battle scenes in the air defense base of khatam al-anbiya (peace be upon him and his family).
