چگونگی به‌کارگیری سامانه‌های ارتباطی در سامانه‌ی فرماندهی و کنترل جنگ الکترونیک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

شبکه‌های ارتباطی یکی از نیازهای اساسی و ارکان سامانه‌های فرماندهی و کنترل بوده و بدون ایجاد شبکه‌های مطمئن و کارا امکان ایجاد سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل پویا وجود ندارد. شبکه‌های ارتباطی شامل شبکه فیبر نوری، خطوط تلفن، شبکه‌های محلی، شبکه‌های جهانی خطوط موبایل و شبکه‌های بی‌سیم است. این شبکه‌ها باید دارای قابلیت‌های از جمله قابلیت اطمینان و ظرفیت بالا باشد تا بتوانند اطلاعات مورد نیاز از قبیل تصاویر، اطلاعات سایت‌های راداری، مکالمات روزمره و سایر نیازها را ارسال کرده و با سرعت و کیفیت لازم در سامانه مرکزی نمایش دهند.هدف این تحقیق«چگونگی به‌کارگیری سامانه‌های ارتباطی در سامانه‌ی فرماندهی و کنترل جنگ الکترونیک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران» می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی، روش اجرای تحقیق توصیفی و رویکرد تحقیق آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) می‌باشد . براساس مطالعه اسناد و مدارک مرتبط و مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، سامانه فرماندهی وکنترل جنگ الکترونیک در حوزه ارتباطات بی‌سیم.(بهره‌برداری از ارتباطات تاکتیکی، شبکه‌های طیف گسترده، تحرک‌پذیری سامانه‌ها، امنیت وپایداری در مقابل نفوذ الکترومغناطیسی) و در حوزه ارتباطات باسیم (بهره‌برداری از شبکه فیبر نوری، انعطاف‌پذیری و تعامل با سایر شبکه‌ها، سرعت نرخ تبادل اطلاعات، امنیت و قابلیت اعتماد) باید باشد.

how to use communication systems in the electronic warfare’s command and control system in the islamic republic of iran’s army

communication networks are one of the basic needs and pillars of command and control systems, and without creating reliable and efficient networks, it is not possible to create a dynamic command and control system. communication networks include optical fiber networks, telephone lines, local networks, global mobile networks and wireless networks. these networks have capabilities of high reliability and ability to send the required information from images, site information, daily conversations and other needs and provide them with speed and quality in the central display system.the purpose of this research is how to use communication systems in the electronic warfare command and control system of the islamic republic of iran’s army . the type of applied research is descriptive research implementation method and mixed research approach (quantitative and qualitative). based on the study of related documents and interviews with experts, the electronic warfare’s command and control system should be in the field of wireless communications (use of tactical communications, wide spectrum networks, mobility of systems, security and stability against electromagnetic influence) and also in the field of cable communications (fiber optic network, flexibility and interaction with other networks, speed of information exchange rate, security and reliability).
