عوامل موثر بر تصمیم‌گیری کارکنان مراکز فرماندهی و کنترل با تاکید بر تاب‌آوری

کارکنان مراکز فرماندهی‌و‌کنترل به سبب ماموریت ذاتی خود همواره می‌بایست جهت پیشبرد اهداف و واکنش به موقع در مقابل رویداد‌ها اقدام به اتخاذ تصمیم نمایند. تاب‌آوری به کارکنان کمک می‌کند تا با عوامل استرس‌زا در محیط کار سازگار شوند، کنار بیایند و به آنها پاسخ مثبت دهند. کارکنان به عنوان یکی از عناصر اصلی سامانه‌های فرماندهی و کنترل نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در ایفای نقش اصلی و اجرای وظایف موثر این سامانه برعهده دارند. با انجام این پژوهش فرماندهان و کارکنان مراکز فرماندهی و کنترل با عوامل موثر بر تصمیم‌گیری و مفاهیم تاب‌آوری جهت اتخاذ تصمیم مناسب آشنا شده و در نتیجه استمرار فعالیت و ادامه روند اجرای صحیح ماموریت‌های محوله را در پی خواهد داشت. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و داده‌های اینترنتی با روش فیش برداری انجام شده است که پژوهشگران ضمن احصاء عوامل موثر بر تصمیم‌گیری کارکنان با بهره گیری از نظریات خبرگان، مدل مفهومی را ترسیم و سپس با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن در محیط نرم افزار spss شاخص‌های احصایی را رتبه‌بندی نموده که نتایج حاصل از پژوهش به نقش تاثیر گذار تاب‌آوری به عنوان رتبه نخست اشاره دارد.

due to their inherent mission, the employees of the command and control centers should always make decisions in order to advance the goals and react in time to the events. resilience helps employees adapt, cope, and respond positively to stressors in the workplace. as one of the main elements of command and control systems, employees play a decisive role in playing the main role and performing the effective tasks of this system. by conducting this research, commanders and employees of command and control centers will become familiar with the factors affecting decision-making and the concepts of resilience in order to make the right decision, and as a result, it will lead to the continuation of the activity and the continuation of the process of the correct implementation of assigned missions. the current research is applied in a descriptive-analytical way using library documents and internet data using the phishing method. the researchers, while counting the factors affecting the decision-making of employees, draw a conceptual model by using the opinions of experts and then using friedman s test in the spss software environment has ranked the statistical indicators, and the results of the research point to the influential role of resilience as the first rank.
