شناسایی و تبیین مولفه‌های برترساز توان رزمی نپاجا در مواجه با تهدیدهای سخت نوظهور هوافضایی در افق 1410

رشد روزافزون فناوری‌های نوظهور حوزه دفاعی-امنیتی و نظامی و تغییر ماهیت تهدیدهای هوایی هوشمند و هوافضایی، لزوم تقویت و ارتقاء توان و آمادگی رزمی نیروهای ذی‌ربط و از جمله نپاجا به‌منظور مقابله با این تهدید‌ها را الزامی می‌نماید. از این‌رو هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تبیین مولفه‌های برترساز توان رزمی نپاجا در مقابله با تهدیدهای هوایی هوشمند و نوظهور هوافضایی در افق 1410 می‌باشد. نوع پژوهش کاربردی- توسعه‌ای با رویکرد آمیخته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش به‌صورت هدفمند از بین خبرگان، صاحب‌نظران نظامی و غیرنظامی و متخصصان امور حوزه هوافضا و پدافندهوایی در سطح کشور و نیروهای مسلح با ویژگی‌های سابقه خدمت در مشاغل راهبردی شامل 23 نفر می‌باشد که جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و برگزاری پنل‌های خبرگی صورت پذیرفت. با برگزاری پنل‌های خبرگی تعداد 68 مولفه برترساز با اجماع نظر شناسایی گردید که با انجام نظرسنجی خبرگان، مولفه‌ها در پنج بُعدِ فرماندهی و کنترل در نبردهای آینده هوافضایی، قابلیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های سرمایه‌انسانی در نبردهای آینده هوافضایی، تجهیزات، سامانه‌ها و تسهیلات مقابله‌ای با تهدیدهای هوافضایی، ویژگی‌های تشکیلاتی و ساختاری متناسب با تهدیدهای هوافضایی آینده و استعدادها و قابلیت‌های ملّی دسته‌بندی شدند.

the ever-increasing growth of advanced defense-security and military technologies and the changing nature of brilliant air and aerospace threats necessitates the need to strengthen and upgrade combat capabilities and readiness to deal with these threats. therefore, this research seeks to identify and explain the components that make the combat power of the air defense force of the islamic republic of iran against the emerging brilliant air and aerospace threats in the horizon of 2032. the statistical population of this research is targeted among the experts, military and civilian experts and specialists in the field of aerospace and air defense at the country level and the armed forces with the characteristics of service history in strategic jobs, which includes 23 expert person who collect information using the method of library studies and holding panels expertise was done. by holding expert panels, a number of 68 top-performing components were identified, according to the experts total opinion, in the five dimensions of command & control in future aerospace battles, human capital capabilities and capabilities in future aerospace battles, equipment, systems and facilities to deal with aerospace threats, organizational and structural features appropriate to threats. future aerospace and national talents and capabilities were categorized.
