ویژگی های تهدیدات شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل

روند اقدامات خصمانه قدرت های مستکبر در منطقه و چگونگیِ موقعیت دیپلماسی خارجی و توان دفاعی ج.ا.ا، منجر به اتخاذ تدابیر ویژه ای، در اولویت بندی دفاعی کشور گردید. در منطقه تحولات روابط بین الملل، سیر تصاعدی دخالت نظامی ایالات متحده امریکا در امور داخلی کشورهای دیگر از قبیل وقوع جنگ در یوگسلاوی و همچنین وقوع دو فقره جنگ در خلیج فارس بر نوع رویکرد مقامات عالی رتبه نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران به مقوله پدافند هوایی تاثیر گذار بود. به منظور حفظ آمادگی دفاعی، علاوه بر شناسایی تهدیدها، بویژه تهدیدهای ناهمطراز، اتخاذ روشها و تدوین طرح‏های مقابله‏ای، در عین حال اطمینان بخش، پیشگیرانه، علمی و هوشمندانه با بکارگیریِ تمامی ظرفیت های موجودِ کشور، از دیگر الزاماتِ یک دفاع بازدارنده است.. لذا هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناخت «ویژگی‌های تهدیدات شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل » بوده که سوال تحقیق متناظر با هدف طراحی گردید. نوع تحقیق، کاربردی- توسعه‌ای و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد ترکیبی می‌باشد. برای پاسخ به سوال تحقیق، بر مبنای ویژگی‌های جامعه‌ آماری، تعداد 47 نفر از صاحب‌نظران این حوزه به‌صورت هدفمند تعیین شده و پرسشنامه بین آنان توزیع گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تهدیدات شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل با 21 مولفه با ضریب 0.817 با الگوی تحقیق یک رابطه قوی، مثبت و مستقیمی دارد.
