   a localized model of accreditation and quality assurance for iranian higher education (a research based on grounded theory)

چکیده    The present article, based on grounded theory, tried to discern the higher education actors’ meaning, viewpoints, and mental mechanisms. the present article data were gathered via 4 resources, as follows: interview, observation, note-taking, and documents. in order to categorize a great mass of the gathered data, the researchers conducted open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, respectively. having investigated the obtained data from the 1st stage of open coding, the researchers have gotten 2027 concepts. the gathered data from the 2nd stage of open coding were categorized in 1262 concepts and 157 major categories. in the axial coding, 25 core categories. in the selective coding, all of the major and core categories were classified on the basis of the conditional, interactive/process and consequential characteristics. in the end, the categories of quality assurance, fear and hope were selected as the most important and final core category, and the paradigmatic model was designed and presented.
