چکیده    In the last two decades, optogenetics has become a powerful tool to stimulate or inhibit the activity of nervous systems. however, the increase in temperature caused by the absorption of laser light by the tissue leads to changes in the function of cells, which requires thermal modeling before the experiment. in this paper, the effects of  temperature rise on some responses of neurons membrane are investigated. the simulation results show that with a 2-degree increase in temperature from 37 to 39 degrees celsius, the intensity of the steady state current increases by 3% to 17 pa, and the peak intensity of the induced current reaches to 26.1 pa with a 1.5% decrease. moreover, this temperature rise reduces the synchronization time of neural activities in the frequency range of gamma oscillations by 75%.
