بررسی اثر تکمیل حرارتی بر روی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی پارچه‌های پرده‌ای زبرا

صرف‌نظر از پارامترهای بافندگی و ساختمانی، عملیات تکمیل حرارتی بر روی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی پارچه‌های پرده‌ای زبرا تاثیر بسزایی دارد. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از سیستم بافت لنو اثر پارامترهای تکمیل حرارتی از جمله تعداد مشعل‌ها با سه مقدار 6، 8 و 10 و میزان نسبت کشش با سه مقدار 1/1، 2/1 و 3/1 بر روی ضخامت، وزن سطحی، ضریب پوشانندگی، درصد آویزش، سختی خمشی و مدول یانگ پارچه‌های پرده‌ای زبرا بافته‌شده توسط نخ‌های مولتی‌فیلامنتی با دو جنس متفاوت از پلی‌استر (دمای ذوب پوسته 185 و مغزی 265 درجه سانتی گراد) بررسی می‌شود.

investigating the effect of thermal finishing on the physical and mechanical properties of zebra curtain fabrics

despite the weaving and structural parameters, the thermal finishing of zebra curtain fabrics has a significant effect on their physical and mechanical properties. in this work, using the leno weaving system, the effect of thermal finishing parameters including the number of flambeaux as 6, 8, and 10 and draw ratio as 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 on thickness, basis weight, cover factor, drape, flexural rigidity, and young’s modulus of zebra curtain fabric woven by multifilament yarn made up of two different types of polyesters (sheath melting point of 185 and core melting point of 265 centigrade) is investigated.
