ارتباط بازگشت‏پذیری الاستیک دینامیکی پارچه و راحتی حرکتی بدن

در این پژوهش، چهار پارچه حلقوی پودی با طرح بافت یکسان و خواص کشسانی متفاوت تولید شده است. خواص کششی پارچه­ها اندازه‏گیری شده و تاثیر تراکم نخ­کش در پارچه بر روی خواص کشسانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. همچنین تاثیر خاصیت کشسانی پارچه‏ها، درصد کرنش اعمالی و تعداد دوره‏های اعمال نیرو بر بازگشت‏پذیری الاستیک دینامیکی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نمونه‏هایی مناسب برای ساق پای افراد با در نظر گرفتن سه درصد کاهش اندازه تهیه شده و مقدار فشار اعمالی توسط لباس بر بدن اندازه‏گیری شده است. در نهایت ارتباط بین بازگشت‏پذیری الاستیک و مقدار فشار اعمالی بررسی شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که در هر دو جهت رج و ردیف، بازگشت‏پذیری الاستیک با افزایش تعداد دوره‏های اعمال نیرو و درصد کرنش اعمالی، کاهش می‏یابد. همچنین پارچه با خواص کشسانی بیشتر، بازگشت‏پذیری الاستیک بیشتری نیز دارد. هرچه خاصیت کشسانی پارچه بیشتر باشد، به ترتیب فشار استاتیکی بیشتر و فشار دینامیکی کمتری در حین پوشش بر بدن وارد می­کند

the relation of fabric’s dynamic elastic recovery and ease of body movement

in this research, four weft knitted fabrics with the same structure and different elastic properties have been produced. tensile properties of fabric are measured and the impact of lycra density in the fabric structure on elastic properties has been studied. furthermore, the influence of fabric elasticity, exerted strain percentage and the number of loading cycles on the dynamic elastic recovery has been investigated. in order to measure exerted pressure on the body by the garment, samples with proper size for the people legs have been prepared by considering three reduction factors percentage and the amount of applied pressure on the body has been measured. finally, the relationship between elastic recovery and the amount of exerted pressure was assessed. the results showed that in both course and wale directions, by increasing the strain percentage and the number of loading cycles, dynamic elastic recovery of fabric decreased. moreover, it was revealed that the fabric with more elasticity had better elastic recovery. the higher elasticity of the fabric leads to higher and lower static and dynamic, respectively
