رنگرزی نایلون با استفاده از رنگزای استخراج شده از خون‌سیاوشان و ترکیبات دوست‌دار محیط زیست

در این تحقیق قدرت رنگی و ثبات رنگ پارچه نایلونی رنگرزی شده با رنگ استخراج شده از رنگزای خون­سیاوشان در حضور دندانه ­های طبیعی بررسی شده است. به عنوان دندانه از مواد طبیعی مازو، برگ درخت انجیر، پوست موز، پوست پیاز، پوست لیموترش و پوست پرتقال استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از دندانه طبیعی، میزان جذب رنگزا بر روی پارچه نایلونی را بهبود داده است. در بین دندانه­های استفاده شده، دندانه مازو و پوست پرتقال بالاترین قدرت رنگی را ایجاد کردند. همچنین در بین دندانه­های استفاده شده، دندانه های مازو، پوست موز، پوست پیاز و برگ درخت انجیر ثبات شستشویی و دندانه­ های مازو و پوست موز ثبات نوری قابل قبولی در پارچه نایلونی رنگرزی شده با رنگزای خون­سیاوشان ایجاد کرده اند.

nylon dyeing using dragon’s blood extract and bio-mordants

in this research, the color strength and color fastness of nylon fabrics dyed with dragon’s blood extract using natural mordants have been investigated. for the mordants, natural materials of mazo, fig leaves, banana skin, onion skin, lemon peel and orange peel were used. the results indicated that the use of natural mordants has improved the dye absorption on the nylon fabric. among the used mordants, mazo and orange peel have created the highest color strength. also, according to the iso standard, among the used mordants, mazo, banana skin, onion skin and fig leaves have acceptable washing fastness, and mazo and banana skin have acceptable light fastness in the nylon fabrics dyed with dragon’s blood
