بررسی تعادل و زیبایی دوخت پارچه‌های حلقوی

دوخت در پوشاک، یکی از مهم ترین عوامل مهم در ظاهر، زیبایی و کیفیت آن است. هدف از این مقاله بررسی تعادل و زیبایی دوخت پارچه های حلقوی است. به این منظور سه پارچه حلقوی متفاوت و رایج در بازار انتخاب شد. نمونه ها با تراکم دوخت و نخ دوخت ثابت با سه کشش متفاوت نخ سوزن دوخته شد. سپس عیوب در دوخت پارچه های حلقوی تعیین و تعریف شد. عیوب مورد بررسی در این تحقیق شامل نیش واکردن درز، کیس خوردگی، تعادل دوخت و تغییرات تراکم دوخت در راستای درز است. نتایج نشان می دهد با افزایش خاصیت کشسان پارچه های حلقوی برای داشتن دوخت زیبا و متعادل بهتر است کشش نخ دوخت کمتر باشد.

checking the balance and beauty of knitting fabric sewing

sewing in clothing is one of the most important elements in its appearance, beauty and quality. the purpose of this article is to examine the balance and beauty of sewing knitted fabrics. for this purpose, three different and common knitted fabrics were selected. the samples were sewn with a constant stitch density and sewing thread with three different tensions of the needle thread. then, the defects in the sewing of knitted fabrics were determined and defined. defects investigated in this research include seam grinning, puckering, stitch balance and stitch density changes along the seam. the results show that by increasing the elasticity of knitted fabrics, it is better to have less tension of the sewing thread to have a beautiful and balanced stitch.
